The use of the descriptor ‘suite’ suggests there would be a lounge area. This ‘suite’ was a small studio style single space with bed and one chair plus bathroom and access to shared utility room. Property description is probably meant to say ‘luxury’ rather than ‘luxury’.

Convenient location and lovely aspect, tastefully decorated. Online check in details clear.

The single room felt awkward with the potential for people in the full apartment. Felt like you were staying in someone’s spare room. Aircon/heating could not be changed which lead to the room being stuffy.

Location was perfect.

This is not a Luxury ( assuming Luxuy is misspelt } Vista Suite. It is in fact the second bedroom of a 2 bed apartment. It was just a bedroom with a bathroom with no chairs or desk, just some shelving, a fridge and some plates and cups, 1 wine glass, 1 fork and a couple of knives. No coffee maker as promised. The Android TV was hard to operate and frequently lost signal as internet speed was slow. The address shown as Lakeview was confusing and took some time and anxious moments to find. There is no Lakeview in fact the apartment is in Marina Terraces. On the plus side the bathroom was very stylish with plenty of towels and accoutrements and the bed was big and comfortable.

We were very disappointed with the accommodation provided. The booking was for a $600/night 'private luxury suite'. What we received was obviously merely the second bedroom of a two bedroom apartment. There was a bed and a bathroom. The bathroom was very large, the bedroom just larger than the bed, and with the most basic of facilities. The 'online boarding pass' gave instructions on using the coffee pod machine. But there wasn't one in the room, just a plunger with the cheapest of Cafe de Sol ground coffee. No toaster. No microwave. Just a kettle, and a fridge in which the freezer compartment leaked (which soaked our bread). There was nowhere to sit and relax (which I would expect for something called a 'Luxury Suite'). Just one chair poked in a corner. No desk or table to work on. If you wanted work on your laptop, watch TV or read a book, one of you had to lie on the bed. At $300 a night this would have been expensive. But it wasn't $300 a night, it was $600/night.

Location is great, the room was clean. The bathroom was spacious.

A little bit lacking human touch - whole check-in and check-out is handled by an app, instructions were not super clear to me (especially where to find the keys - more pictures would help). The room is quite small and does not have a table so stuff like editing pictures or answering email on a laptop is harder. It also felt a little bit more pricey than the average of the other bookings for what it provided.

Great bathroom, big and with proper setup, not cheaped out or random. Nice view although not spectacular since half of it is the parking lot. Close to shops and other places. Continent parking and access. Clean with a good bed.

The place is listed as Lakeview apartment This is also the name of a neighboring complex that you come to first along the road so assuming we had arrived we drove in there. After driving all over that complex looking for our carpark at midnight we found it was actually called Marina View apartments down the road. Following online instructions(which disappear when you have read them and click a link) we had to find the lock boxes to get in. There were 3 of them in the same place in the stated place, so that took a while to actually discover the correct one. Exhausted after a long rainy drive we finally got inside and it was tiny and freezing. This is a hotel room, not a suite (that's next door?). The heated towel rail was faulty, so a kind lady gave us free towels a few days later (you have to pay for more towels here if you mind wet towels for your 4 day stay.. There are no room instructions, so it took a freezing night, and a phone call the next day to find out that there is hidden blind that works on a remote switch . The on-line instructions give minimal assistance and if you do call, they are quite grumpy. l felt like the apartment is run by a big company that just want your money and don't care too much about your comfort. No tissues, toaster, microwave or any of the things you would expect in a place like this. lastly, there is no table and only one chair to sit in so we had to take turns sitting in it!

The breakfast provided was quite meagre and only lasted two of the 4 days we were there . No coffee making facilities. Nowhere to wash up except in a kitchen outside of the apartment( which we somehow discovered late) but there was no dishwashing liquid or rubbish bags provided. . One stale pastry given on first day was thrown out

Pillows were a bit thin and the blanket was white could see lots of hairs on it

Great views towels in the bathroom were amazing loved the bath
