The property was a bit hard to find from the Main Street as the only signage was attached to a fence.

On arrival, we were welcomed by a friendly receptionist, who opened the door for us and showed us to our room. The room was heated nicely had everything we needed to be comfortable. The bathroom and shower were amazing! We would stay again and highly recommend the facilities. Very close to shops and restaurants.

For what seems like a fairly recent new-build, the complete lack of heating in the bathroom and only an electric heater in the room is rather surprising, as was the lack of an electric blanket. Having said that, the heater warmed the room up quickly and there was an extra fleece blanket provided.

Melody is still relatively new and presents very well, looking brand new. Staff are very friendly and helpful, pre-arrival communication was excellent. Th eroom was warm when I arrived on a cold day as staff had turned the electric room heater on. WiFi was very good. Car parking was easy. I can't comment on the TV as I didn't use it. I have stayed before so knew exactly what to expect. Pretty convenient for Gore town centre.

Location was good but not exceptional. However it was close to the restaurant we chose which was great.

Daniel received us and he was wonderful! What an asset to have him. They even put a fresh fuse in my room. Every detail of the stay was great!
