When we arrived the heating was not working. We contacted the host and additional heaters were delivered within 20 mins by a lovely staff member.

A cute cottage with all the basics. The beds were super comfortable. Whilst we were there, the dishwasher was out of order, and also a hinge on one of the kitchen cupboards was broken, making it difficult to open and close it. I understand they are going to sort these issues.

A cute A-frame cottage in Arrowtown. Compact space, but with everything you need for a couple of days. Great linen and comfy beds. Nice to have a small balcony to sit out in. Only a short stroll down the hill to town.

Prior to arrival had considerable difficulty in dealing with the management including them threatening to cancel booking despite payment already being made. Still waiting for apology!

Upon arrival the house was very cold and despite turning the heat pump on it didn't get warm and was making strange noises. We noticed that the heat pump filters were totally blocked(dust), so my husband gave them a clean and after that they did the job they were meant to do. One of the kitchen cupboard (rubbish bin one) door was loose, needing a tightening of the screw on the hinge. The bathroom has a few places were the flooring is broken. We are mentioning these so it can be remedied before more damage is done to them.

First of all we really liked how cute the A-frame house was. I think the owner did a really good job with the design part and there were lots of high end items. The beds were comfortable too. We liked that we were a bit away from the main street.

The living area is small and does not offer enough seating. The only Sofa is too soft. Shower head comes off sometimes just as mentioned in other reviews. The second room in the attic does not have a door. No Netflix program as we do not have our own account. We stayed in Arrowtown for 2 nights for the autumn festival. we could have lived in Queenstown at the same price for better condition.

The property is close to the town Centre and it’s easy to get to the Arrowtown track from there. There is a small supermarket within 5 mins walk. The parking on street is free and easy. There is a washing machine in the large bathroom. The air conditioning warms the house pretty fast. The key check-in and check-out is self-serviced and smooth. The host sent clear instructions.

Living area is small/no dining table as it's also a thoroughfare to other rooms. However, this was as depicted in the photos and we had the option to sit on the outside deck area.

Lovely little cottage about 800m from centre of town and close to the running/bike trails and golf courses. Had everything we needed and handy to have the washing machine/dryer after days out adventuring in Arrowtown.

Only thing to mention is the shower head needs fixed, as it drops down when in the shower.

All of the details were thought about. Great location and cosy. Awesome little house.

Shower head/rail connection needs fixing - couldn’t get it to stay up. A little bit tight in terms of space to put suitcases and bags, but we managed.

The shower head did not stay in its position and kept having to play around with it to keep it still.

Quiet area of Arrowtown, perfect little house for us as a couple. Very modern inside, super comfy and homely.

Freezing cold when we arrived so we had to leave while we waited for it to warm up. Shower hose couldn’t stay on its attachment. Attic room became super hot when the remainder of the house was only just warm - some venting may be required in the top room.

All the warmth goes up in the apex of the A frame while bottom stays cold. Ceiling fan definitely helps. But just not a formula for cosy.
