I think the only problem i had was the door leading into the building i had to like have 3 or more tries just about everytime we left there to go somewhere.

How it was clean,the rooms and bathrooms were good,spacious kitchen,the balcony was huge,you had no interruptions from any neighbour's was quiet as even thou it's in the Marina.Awesome views from the living and main bedroom.Close to the ferry so if you wanted to you could take the car ferry over to Russell for a day trip.

loved the views from kitchen/lounge and upstairs close to coastal trail. noticed that little bugs cone in after dark so need to close openings facing marina in the evenings.

Second bedroom is fine for one adult or two children but wouldn’t work for two adults as it’s too small & with sloping ceilings.

Great location with wonderful views, a good cafe/restaurant & a local boating club which offers meals, all in walking distance. Fantastic access to the walk from Opua to Paihia, about an hour, 15 minutes.

The attic style bedrooms upstairs with the bed close to the sloping ceiling, and the exposed beams, a little concerning when going to the bathroom during the night. The bathrooms had no towel rack or anywhere suitable to hang them. No hand towel in the kitchen. There was a scheduled power outage for most of the second day of our stay, which the management claimed not to know about, although the neighbouring property knew 4 days before and the restaurant nearby too. It was quite inconvenient as we were preparing to attend a wedding, ( not ours)

It was spacious, and comfortable. Nice balcony and outlook. Well equipped kitchen, having a bathroom at both levels.

The apartment has been set up to take advantage of the amazing views however too light upstairs with no curtains or blinds to block out sunshine in early mornings. Upstairs was also hot so really needs better fan or AC. Second bedroom was on the smaller side.

One small area for improvement would be to add a privacy screen on the window on the upper floor. This addition would enhance the overall comfort and privacy of the space.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this apartment! The place exceeded all expectations – it was even better than the photos. The apartment was very well equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view of the harbour was breathtaking, and the location was quiet and relaxing. One of the best parts was the free parking, making our stay even more convenient. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our Christmas celebration here truly special. We loved every moment of our stay! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay!

The pillows were not comfortable and I had a bit of a still neck. My friend found the same in her bed. It's just a maintenance issue but the upstairs shower door kept sliding open and the sliding door into the upper bathroom is really stiff.

We loved the excellent location and the apartment was absolutely gorgeous with amazing outlook onto the marina and a lovely patio to sit on. The view from the double bed is outstanding. It was lovely to arrive to milk and chocolate and water bottles in the fridge, just what we needed.

There is nothing to not like here

The unit was absolutely fantastic, if it’s peace and quiet you are wanting this is your place to stay. The unit is fresh with ample comfortable furnishings and appliances. The bed was so comfortable. The view of the marina from both downstairs and the main bedroom is excellent, so calming. There is a cafe and take away shop and general store within easy walking distance. The Russell ferry is almost at your doorstep and all local attractions are close by. This is one of the best places we have stayed in. Lovely little laid back town. We are so glad we chose here. 10 out of 10. A big well done to the owners you should be very proud of your unit.

Can’t think of anything, but at a pinch I would say small trash bin for a larger group. (Really struggling to find something I didn’t like).
