The cabin was spacious and warm, there was everything we needed in the kitchen. Loved the lounge with 2 big sofa, my friends and I spent 2 great nights there.

The water pressure of bathroom shower could be better.

The chalet was very clean & warm , location was perfect for visiting the skifield

A door across the lounge would be good for privacy, with the light on in the lounge, anyone can see in thru the front door

Loved the location and the accommodation. Nothing too flashy, just good ol' cosy and comfy. The staff got the fire going before our arrival so the place was warm and toasty. Great place for three families to vacay together and all be under one roof. Beds were super comfy!!! My daughter said she would rather the ossies bed than her own!

Old chalets and floorboards so was a bit noisy. But would still go back. No internet but they say it's coming!!

Ossies is nice and quiet, just a hop skip and a jump to town and our kids loved the room defiantly coming back again.

Not a big issue, but I was really looking forward to the sauna and the spa pool however the sauna was locked and I could not find the spa pool. Perhaps I needed to pay more for these facilities.

The rooms were clean and we had a great view of the mountain.

In 2025 I would expect if a motel says it has wifi then it should be able to provide it, the wifi was shocking and was very fleeting to the point we all gave up and went to bed. Their wifi was beyond antiquated. Also I don't think it unreasonable to expect a hairdryer. As for the bunk beds, my 37 year old and his son had a sleepless night and were in agony due to the mattresses that had long seen better days.

Cosy little chalet that made it feel very much like a ski holiday! Nice and warm, nice view looking out to the creek

Tiny bedroom with just a double bed (too small for the two of us!), cleaning could be improved

This was our second stay with Ossies, and once again, it was a great experience! The accommodation is perfect for our large group, spacious, comfortable, and well-suited to our needs. The owner is very friendly and supportive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely choose Ossies again in the future!

Helpful and friendly owners. Apartment we stayed accommodated x6 people. The apartment was good, with kitchen and plenty of utensils, hob, TV and shower. Upstairs were beds, x1 double, x1 bunk bed and x2 single beds. Double bed and bunk bed was comfortable. We would stay here again and I would recommend it.

The single bed mattress is very thin so we used an x2 mattress one on top of another. The stairs leading up was very ckreeky. And you can hear your neighbors, noisy a bit.

The chalet was very clean and tidy. Loved the space downstairs for the kids. There was an oven, hob, kitchen sink, utensils, cups etc, fridge. Heat pump was great! Beds were comfy but small, my feet were off the end as someone who's 5ft9 and my husband who's 6ft3 but we knew it was a double bed. The drying room was amazing! Would stay again =)

The spaces like the toilet, shower, stairs upstairs are made for teeny tiny people. The stairs, towards the top and upstairs is very squeaky. We could hear another chalets kids jumping around and making noise the last night. The wifi in room 1 was pretty terrible. Kept dropping out. The milk we received when we checked in had best before date of the day we checked in. The heat pump basically only heats the upstairs as heat rises and it did get hot up there

We liked the location. Nice and close to Turoa. The place was reasonably priced.

    - Only Freeview on the TV. - Beds were uncomfortable. - The staff were nowhere to be seen, but we were left a note on how to get in the house. - Chalet looked bigger in the photos - Place was dated

Easy to find, clean and tidy.

Dated. A little cold. Maybe instructions for the heat pump would've been handy.and electric blankets on the beds.
