Cameras watching us in the main area we were socialising in. Would have been nice to be advised previous to our arrival as we had children visiting during the day and parents were not comfortable with it. Maybe should have a notice up also.

The location of the house was amazing. Uninterrupted views of the water without being right on the water’s edge. Also, the owner was so helpful to deal with. We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful home.

I didn't like the camera pointed at us on the deck, however I guess this is the way the world is going and necessary for security reasons.

The house has a beautiful outlook to the estuary, it was quiet, the beds were comfortable and the host very accommodating. The kitchen had everything we needed with good appliances. We thoroughly enjoyed our break and will be back.

The house was made of wood, and at times, you could hear sudden cracking sounds. The door hinges were slightly noisy and needed oiling.

The garbage disposal system was a little strange but that may just be because it was unfamiliar to us. (Guests are required to take their own rubbish to the transfer centre on departure). It wasn't such a big deal, just a little unexpected.

The location, view and ambience at PBHS are wonderful! We stayed 2 nights but could easily have stayed longer. A real family holiday home!

There was not much to complain about at all.

The location was great and easy to access the beach. Our weekend weather however was not helpful as it rained most of the time we were there. The home was tidy and provided all the required needs for us. Would gladly stay here again

The owner of the property has a misguided opinion about what needs to be provided to traveling guests using Booking.com After you finish making the booking you receive an additional email from the owner suggesting that if a guest uses sheets on the bed that’s an up charge of $30 per guest If that were not enough, the owner request that you vacuum the floors with carpet and wash the linoleum floors before departing This owner should either provide normal guest services or put that information in the initial booking information so that the guest can make a decision prior to booking
