We didnt stay long enough

It was so peaceful. We did a couples 'staycation' and it was the perfect spot. It felt like we had left town but in realty, only live about 5mins away. Highly recommend

A little tired and dated furnishings. Only 1 towel each and a single robe, no showercap and although had cooking facilities no salt & pepper. Small things, but it's the little touches that can make the difference.

Location and view from room was beautiful. Layout was great, bathtub with view of lake. Huge bed! They gave us a bottle of wine as it was our wedding anniversary, which was a nice touch.

Having to lug two heavy Suitcases up two sets of stairs.

Lovely lady Faith was welcoming at reception and drove us to the accommodation which was some way from reception. A great ambassador for the company 🥇

most of the wooden furnitures: the door, some flooring by doors, light stands, cabinet, etc as well as sofa, chairs were either worn down, had stain marks, and dirt marks. the villa was smelly upon opening the door. we couldnt check in on time as apparently the team before us left late but i think they were taking time to clean up a babys vomit. it was smelly the whole time. i am unsure why there is no bag drop off service or if there is, why it wasnt offered. there were zero complimentary items in the room. no slippers, shower cap etc which is very unsual for a 4.5 hotel.

the bed, the linens and sheets were exceptional quality. loved the bathroom facilities. lights were nicely designed. the overall interior design was pleasant.

Paid for a ‘better’ room, but ended up in a smaller room with a smaller bed. Reception going is an alternative room but we Essentially down graded to a cheaper room but was charged the same amount. Wouldn’t recommend a Lakeview room.

Bathroom could do with a bit of a tidy up , mould in the sealant in the tiled bathroom. Chair very dirty in bedroom . One wall had obvious leak and cracking that needed fixing .

There was nothing we didn't like.

The one bedroom apartment we had excellent with views of the lake. The resort has a golf course and is a great place to stay. It is only a 10 minute drive to the Airport which was great. I would thoroughly recommend it as a place to stay as it is an easy 20 minute drive into Christchurch.

We were on the Lakeside suite. Wished the outdoor deck was maintained better and and cleaned. The garage was quite dirty and the deck was covered bird droppings

The bed was a little uncomfortable for hubby was too hard

Second time staying here found the staff right from check in to hotel bar to golf shop were all extremely helpful and kind. We arrived after 9pm not had any dinner and the manager on the desk kindly made us some pizza which we were extremely grateful for. Loved the view of the lake from the room and being able to sit out on the deck watching the ducks and swans. Was very peaceful. Hubby had 2 rounds of golf managed to only loose 2 balls
