The room and floor felt damp and there was mould in the bathroom. There needs to be more towels and something to wipe down the bathroom walls as the room filled with steam. The floor was slippery because of the steam and the shower door was difficult to open. The entrance door was covered and dripping with condensation making the air in the room feel cold. This was disappointing as the cost to stay at another hotel nearby, was less.

The bed was comfortable and the room was warm because of the air conditioning unit.

The cleaning of the property was very poor as I have said they need to clean it properly with cleaning products

The property was okay but it could’ve been cleaner in the room there stains on the wall of the rubbish bin area there was mould in the shower and in the ceiling. Doesn’t provide tea towel to dry dishes

Initial impression poor. Units are old and shabby. Someone had done a very amateurish job with a paintbrush. They need to clean paint off windows and one of the chairs. Bathroom needs repainting. Instructions are needed for the microwave. The location is most unfortunate as they are squeezed in between SH1 and the main trunk railway line. I was in back unit next to the railway line and did not appreciate the freight train which blasts through about 3.30 am. There is a fence which does little to block the sound. I don't know what other sound proofing might be possible.

Staff friendly and eager to please. English was their second language but they made every effort to overcome problems caused by this. I felt they were trying hard to make a go of their business and I wish them well. Bed comfortable, shower good, wifi good, TV good. Clean.

Could have been cleaner and bed changed in a 10 day stay had to buy coffee and sugar as was not topped up the entire stay had to ask for change of towels

The hotel appeared fine but there was a lack of amenities. No cook top or pan to even boil eggs, no washing sink for utensils. Beds were really uncomfortable and bouncy nobody could sleep well at night. Plus the train siren made it worse.

The location was good and easy to find. The staff were sweet as they offered to help us with their own pots and pans. Their daughter became friends with mine so it was a homely environment for her.

Desperate need of renovating. The shower door interferes with the shower. Only 6 useless TV channels. TV not set up. Poor lighting. Terrible internet (I had to use mine). Password incorrect. Very, very basic amenities. I paid for another night and despite the loss, stayed elsewhere.

Just I don't think it was cleaned after the last guests as all bedding was dirty and there was a small used 1L milk in the fridge. Kitchen underequipped has no teaspoons or sharp knives. Ceiling had some water damage.

Not very clean, tv was broken, red light in bathroom was a little creepy. No glasses In kitchen. Couldn’t secure the room, window just pushed / pulled open .
