In summer it gets very light early upstairs but the property manager and owners are looking into options.

Amazing view, peaceful, open plan living & very cool, parking, separate sleeping for kids and adults. 2 bathrooms and toilets. Bed linen, towels and toiletries provided. Use of two fridge. Clothes rails with hangars and drawers available. Robyn (PM) was very friendly, helpful and available when required. Robyn was on call to receive our grocery delivery on the day of arrival if we got caught in traffic. The location at the top of Paku Hill suited us as we were happy to drive and walk to beach and cafes. Everything we needed for a extended stay beach holiday.

No a single problem or issue at this property

Super host. Robyn is a wonderful lady. View can not be beat! Plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Large bed in master bedroom. 4 good pillows. Kitchen nicely stocked with condiments and plenty of kitchenware. Laundry on lower floor. Nice deck that has incredible view of the bay. Very quiet neighborhood.

Going to the bedrooms below have to go through external staircase which is a bit inconvenience when it is raining.

The view from the property of the ocean is spectacular and so relaxing. The property had everything we needed including a few pantry items which were a bonus. The host was easy to communicate with and friendly.

Beautiful cosy cottage, perfect for our stay. The view from the cottage was spectacular! Our host Robyn was excellent and made sure there was everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back in the future and recommending the property to family and friends.

kitchen well equipped with tea, coffee and various herbs, spices etc. Fantastic view, beds very comfortable, easy access to summit of Paku, we could go up to see the sunrise.

The property has the most amazing views, is comfortable and very well equipped. The host has made every effort to provide everything you could need for a lovely stay and then some.

The only 2 small negatives were the unsealed driveway and the uncovered external stairway leading to the downstairs bedrooms, but these in no way detracted from the overall enjoyment of our stay.

Elevated location with spectacular sea views. Very well equipped cottage and the large outdoor balcony increased the living space.

Only downside was the downstairs beds were not accessible internally. You had to go outside and down some stairs to enter but this wasn’t a concern for us as our whole family slept downstairs (2 double beds and 1 single bed)

The beautiful view, the facilities which included full kitchen, bbq and washing machine. Property manager Robyn was very helpful and accommodating.

The location was stunning with breathtaking views. A whole house with bedrooms and bathrooms on 2 floors. Ideal for a large family or friends sharing. Great facilities and Robyn was very friendly and welcoming.

The location was perfect, close to township and the view was amazing from the house. Walking up Mount Paku was an extra bonus!The house was relaxing and peaceful, family friendly with a large outdoor area for the kids. The property manager Robyn was very welcoming and helpful. The bed was uncomfortable upstairs .. however placed on the floor it was comfortable.

You could literally pack just your clothes milk and food then turn up stress free . The batch turned out well with two families . Top Level had Bathroom with shower & toilet. Bedroom had a double bed & draws (only enough room for a couple and a few bags ) Kitchen with all you need Dining room for 7people max , and small lounge that had a 3 seater couch (fold out bed) and a lazy boy. Second Level had a seperate entrance with its own key. It has 2 Bedrooms and small open play area. Bedroom 1 had Double bed , Bedroom 2 had double bed and single bunk . Bathroom with toilet and shower & washing machine. The entrance has a space that is good for kids to play. However this space doest get much sun. Robyn was an awesome host . The views are stunning from upstairs. Excellent facilities especially the kitchen with oil , salt 'n' pepper & dish washing liquid . The bathroom and showers had aromatherapy soaps that smelt devine .
