Beautifully kept property. The rooms were clean, and well equipped for what was needed. Very private. Bev was really kind and welcoming. She made us feel right at home. Loved it.

One of the nicest places I have stayed. Everything I needed and more. Lovely breakfast provided and fruit and biscuits. The bath was a bonus. Comfortable bed and warm and very clean.

Perfect quiet location, close to everything I needed. The studio is the perfect size for a solo traveler or couple, with toast and cereal provided, which I thought was a nice touch. It was my second time staying here and I would definitely stay again.

It was great having almost my own little flat here. Loved the separate spaces for lounge/bedroom. Lovely relaxing soak in the tub was much appreciated and it was very quiet and quite comfortable here.

Brilliant breakfast we didn't even know was included id the low price of $153. My suggestion, increase your price to say $175 - would still be great values for money.

We loved it so much. The place was the best we stayed at during our two weeks trip from Auckland to Bluff and back. The fine aesthetic touch and your hospitality was truly amazing. We wished we had more time at hand to enjoy the stay and explore Hamilton more. Another time!

no restaurants are in walking distance, but 5 minutes by car gives you a lot of options.

A very quit place which allowed for great sleep in very comfortable beds. A lot of space for two people with a nice big bathtub and a good shower.

This accommodation was just right for what we needed. Near Central Hamilton, very quiet, beautiful gardens around the house, private and modern. It had everything we needed.

No PowerPoint in bathroom that I could find for hair dryer. Would like to suggest a screen for privacy between studio entrance and main house kitchen area - just my thoughts, others may not mind that you can see both ways, I think this would be a great addition.

The kitchen area could possibly do with a renovation with modern cabinetry to make it work better for its location in the apartment and to make it easier to clean for the owners.

The Hosts were absolutely lovely people. We were hours late thanks to Auckland traffic and they were so kind and had no issues with us turning up finally at 10pm (I kept them informed by text during the evening). The garden is gorgeous with a nice wee private area for guests and the apartment is also private, given it is a wing of the home. The accommodations were clean, had lovely additions to make your stay more enjoyable (eg a selection of teas, real milk, a light breakfast supplied, magazines, candles for the bath, etc), and thoughtfully decorated. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed meeting and chatting with the hosts.

There was no power point in the bathroom. The mattress was too soft for my liking. The eating area was a garden setting.

Part of a home in a quiet location. There was a bedroom, lounge room, bathroom and a separate toilet. The cooking facility was a galley type but adequate for our purposes. It was close to a small shopping centre and not far out of Hamilton. The hosts were very friendly.

Nothing at all, one of the best home stays we have ever been in.

Breakfast was great, location was excellent,very tidy and clean, very quite lovely back garden, the hole stay was excellent in very way couldn't ask for better, our host was very very nice and helpful in very way.
