Great accommodation. House was relaxing with high quality amenities. Short walk to town

Need a better coffee machine. Supplying a plunger doesn't cut it at the price we paid. At the very least need an nespresso machine.

    Great location, modern property.

OMG, flies are on all account an issue in the area, despite windows and doors locked they just appear. The Master Bedroom is pretty tight, the Walk in Robe is locked for storage. We were a family of 4 there for a wedding, we had to keep 1 suitcase in the living area and needed to hang clothes in 1 of the other bedrooms. Kitchen and Living area is great.

It was a very pleasant house, well equipped and clean.

The bathroom is a bit far from the twin bedroom.

Spacious modern house with 2 bathrooms. Easy drive to Martinborough town. Sliding doors open to large deck. Management replied quickly to my maintenance request. Would come back in the summer but not a winter stay (see "did not like")

Cold. The heat pumps were too small for the large spaces. I had to wear a coat and hat at all times. Bathroom needed underfloor or overhead heating. The bathroom was like an icebox. Lock box required the combined expertise of 3 x 80 year olds to get it to open. Same with controls on bed heated blankets.

Gorgeous house. Had everything we needed for a big group. A little walk into the town but not bad at all.

A lovely modern well appointed home with excellent facilities. Fabulous connection to the outdoors and a pleasant outlook. Fantastic to have wheelchair access ramps for older guests. Warm and comfortable. The host was very accommodating with a last minute booking on the evening of arrival.

It was great but just a few things could be improved. The garden was looking a little sad, I know it has been dry but lots of the plants were obviously distressed and dying with lots of weeds flourishing. A good tidy up and water would make a huge difference! The TV system was too complicated, just being able to turn it on and get standard TV to watch the news would have been great. The instructions weren't clear enough on how to get the standard channels so I just gave up trying to use the TV. The house was obviously designed for tall people as the mirrors and cupboards were a bit high for the vertically challenged! So maybe move things that need to be accessible (like the glasses and mugs) to lower shelves. The mirror cabinet in the ensuite also needs to be lower! Although the crockery I think was clean, there were wear marks on the surface which made us wash everything again first. Could be time to upgrade the crockery etc. The deck chairs were too low for the outside table, also quite a lot of cobwebs on the chairs so some attention needed. These are only relatively minor things and overall the property was great, but it just needed that little bit extra attention to command the price charged.

Lovely property. Problem with drainage in the sink which was promptly sorted.

Neighbours were really noisy. Their tin shed door was banging a lot on the first night

Only problem was the sink in the ensuite was blocked. Also there was only 1 hand towel for 2 people for 3 days. Otherwise - all good.
