Assuming you are arriving by car, I would recommend backing into your parking spot if you can, as it can be tricky to reverse out of there if all three cars are in.

The place was lovely. A back unit on Warren’s property, tucked away on a hill not far from the Queenstown Airport and the Frankton Bus Interchange. Warren is a friendly fellow and takes pride in his work. The room is lovely with more pillows than you will know what to do with. There is a kitchenette hidden in the closet, and the BBQ worked well too.

There was nothing to dislike! The premises was extremely well presented. Spotlessly clean, tidy, with really good quality bedding with a choice of pillows on a comfortable bed. The location, a very quiet area a short drive from Queenstown, was perfect for us. Thanks too to Warren for being friendly and attentive, an excellent host.

Think you needed leaflets about trail uou would walk along...some beautiful places around there. But I wasn't sure where it took me lol

The hosts was so helpful, nothing was to much. Even though I'm travelling alone I felt completely safe there. The bus stop is around the corner, beautiful walks if you wanted to fo that. Would highly recommend the place to my friends xx

The bed was a tad too soft for me but I know it is subjective and didn't pose a huge problem for me overall..otherwise this apartment is perfect. 😉

The host Warren was wonderful and has so many stories to share and he definitely made the stay feel great. Place is clean, not a huge space but has everything needed for 2pax stay. Location is a short drive to city centre but really near to all the hypermarts which I love. The apartment is located in a remote and safe area without compromising overall accessibility. It's a little gem really. Would stay here anytime.

We enjoyed a great view from the Shotover Bridge over the river, a few hundred meters from our accommodation. Nearby is the newly formed Queenstown Shopping Centre.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, Warren's hospitality stood out—he picked us up at the airport, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Each day, we returned to a warm room, which was a perfect retreat after exploring. A special mention goes to the adorable cat and dog that added a touch of homeliness to our stay. They were such a joy to be around! Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we can't wait to return. The location is fantastic above the Lower Shotover river with views of Coronet Peak. The very comfortable BnB is also close to shops and the airport. We wanted for nothing. Warren was a fabulous host. Even took us to the airport.

Beautiful location, easy access to Queenstown and Arrowtown. The room was clean and cosy, the bed extremely comfortable. Huge and beautiful bathroom. Warren was friendly and helpful, he took the time to give me lots of information about places to see.
