I really liked the location of the hotel, with its close proximity to the town centre. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

    all OK

Breakfast was satisfactory but the meal we had the night before a whitebait fritter was excellent.

Our room was in need of refurbishment eg the door leading to the patio wouldn’t shut properly and the Shower rose was faulty plus only one of the flush buttons worked. Overall the room was warm and clean

    Good Location. Friendly staff.

Bathrooms were small. No extractor. Poor shower curtain, floor becomes wet. No window. Car parks need to be allocated to rooms.

Great location to town! We had a lovely view of the lake and the mountains. Room was nice and warm. Beds were comfy, they accommodated us with a cot for our toddler.

The bathroom area was a bit tired and probably needs an upgrade. Car parking was a bit first come first served so can plan to park a while away from your room. We were on the road front which could get a little noisy in the mornings, but didn’t bother us too much.

Great view and location, and I had room service breakfast twice which was great too. Staff were lovely, and I stayed in winter and the rooms were toasty warm. Wifi was great.

There was nothing I didn’t like, but keep in mind it’s a steep walk up a hill back from town at the end of the day if you’re walking. It’s not huge, but worth noting for those that need to know.

Location. It is located in the city but with a very good view.

There was a bit of an issue with the booking. I guess we were placed in a. Different room where there was only one double bed where supposedly 2 (one double one single) as there is three of us and have placed 3 people in the booking. So had to call reception to arrange an extra bed.

Very helpful staff, great location only a short walk into the centre of town and cosy but spacious room.

The bathroom could probably do with a makeover in the near future.

The room was very clean and spacious. Very accomodating and friendly staff. Awesome location, 2-3 minute walk to get to town.

The shower in the bathtub was a little small but the pressure and temp was good regardless.

Lovely location near to the town: easy to walk to but high enough to get a great view over the lake. Rooms are generously sized. Had “Do not disturb” out all day. A bag of fresh bathroom towels was left outside. Nice touch. Only tried the restaurant’s lamb shank. It was excellent.

    Bathrooms dated.

Great location to central Queenstown & free parking

Our sheets were marked on arrival, bathroom really run down, mould in the shower joins & shower dripped all night/wouldn’t turn off

Location was good and staff friendly. Room comfortable and good size

Could do with a bit of a refresh as longs of the furniture is chipped or marked. Bath needs re-enamelling. Car parking is first come first served and is some awkward places which doesn’t help if visitors so not park with others in mind !

Staff friendly and efficient. Restaurant meals great.

Very, very noisy. Empty water bottle under bathroom vanity from previous guests makes you question cleanIng.
