We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

New ZealandThe parking was a little bit annoying without it being onsite, I’ve never experienced that before. Understand it can’t be helped with the city centre location but the valet offer was great although we didn’t use it, the park was still within easy walking distance. Would sacrifice onsite parking for the perfect hotel location like this so wasn’t all bad, just different for me from other experiences I’ve had.
Perfect city centre accommodation, close to absolutely everything you’ll need. It was clean and comfortable with great bathroom products and food/drink offers both from the restaurant, room service and mini bar. Although we didn’t have anything it was great to have the option. The free room upgrade was awesome, never had that before and it felt like Christmas!! Staff were amazing, helpful and so nice and welcoming!!

New ZealandI just didn’t like the noise from the other room close to my room and the noise from the street, usb charging point not working lucky they this bluetooth speaker where you can plug your charger otherwise I wont have phone the next day. Good selection from the mini bar in case you forgot to bring your own booze :)
Clean, comfortable bed, nice set up in the room loved the decors and the color scheme of the furniture. East to connect/cast your netflix on to their tv. Lovely staff.
