Close to the city centre. Quiet, convenient, and clean.

Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Good shower

The parking was/is very limited. The double bed has a very firm/hard mattress but otherwise quite comfortable

Dog friendly. Was in Rotorua for a dog show. Accomodate my small dog with a reasonable $10 fee. Room was perfect. Thought there was only one bed when I walked in but there was another in a room. Close to ammenities, countdown 2minute drive away. Quiet room to sleep at night. Highly recommend this place. Will be back if I’m in Rotorua.

When we arrived we found out our room was upstairs, which would have been difficult for one of us. So, we asked if we could be ground floor, and the manager was able to arrange that for us. Good laundry facilities.

There were cats everywhere, even in the office. Not good for someone (me) who is allergic to cats!

Awesome friendly and helpful hosts who went the extra mile when it came to accommodating our 2 cats and small birds. It's an older motel and nothing fancy, but very clean with a few personal touches that made it feel especially welcoming - a soft fluffy blanket in a basket, tasteful artificial flowers, and creamy milk in a small jug in the fridge. Fresh towels, toiletries and coffee were generously supplied daily in a way that didn't intrude on our privacy or space. So very grateful 🙂

The only problem we really had was that there was a gas cook top and the gas/fumes can be dangerous to birds. There was no external venting and after we used it the first night and the fumes were very strong we resorted to microwave cooking only during the following two days.

Stairs were extremely slippery in the wet and I had hiking boots on. It was pet friendly and I was unaware if you are allergic to cats I would recommend calling and asking the proprietor to come out.

The Hotel is located in central Rotorua just a hop skip and jump away from the shopping mall. Close to all tourist amenties. My son stayed in the disabled unit and he was allowed to take his dog in there which was really good as the dog is his companion and service dog. I would recommend this hotel for any body who had a family and wants to take there pet with them. There is an extra cost of $10 for having a pet there.

Very cozy, affordable, and convenient. Absolutely great for our travel.

There was a blocked drain in the shower but the landlord was very quick to fix it for us.

Loved that we could bring our dog on our trip. The room had everything you needed and made for a great base camp.

Super bad experience, room is dirty and the bed collapsed. This is the worse experience I had from booking app. And when I arrive see this bad messy environment, owner not allowed is cancel the booking.

Close to town

The curtains are thin can’t sleep with the light. No curtains on back door. People came banging on door at 3am - NOT SAFE

Clean and tidy. Spacious room with well stocked kitchen. Great service each day. Excellent location to central city, shopping mall and more. Quiet location and a very comfortable stay. Really value for $$

Parking was a bit tight for our front ground floor apartment but didn't affect our overall stay. Basic TV channels but no biggie.
