The location was awesome and so was the view from the 16th floor. I liked the buffet food and the staff. We also enjoyed the swimming pool.

Uus-Meremaa1 arvustus„Loved it”Everything was good, however I am liking the new methods of dispensing shower gels and soaps. It is more convienrtt and environmentally friendly. I am sure there is a reason it is not currently at Sky City Grand however, in my opinion it is more convenient.
I loved everything, I checked in at 1am in the morning after work, and usual check out time is at 11am, however the reception kindly extended it to 12pm. I asked till 1pm just incase I needed those extra hours, although wasn't planning to use it, he was able to extended it to 1pm as per my request. I left by 12:00.

Location, room, facilities and breakfast were excellent.

The staff were lovely, and very accommodating. The location is perfect, the utilities in the room were very helpful and handy such as the hair straighteners ect. The views were beautiful and room service yum!

This was my first time staying at a hotel, and at first our key didn't work, but I thought the room wasn't ready 😅 but then we waited for a little bit and one of the staff came and check on us and told them. And they helped us out. They were very nice and helpful. And the beds were so comfortable, and the room we nice and dark, and quiet.

The variety of things we have access too with our stay, including a gym, sauna, spa, buffet breakfast, access to sky channels to watch footy, smoke/vape area especially for someone like me who vapes! Our daughter made use of the pool! Awesome! Room was very tidy!

Lot of Hallway noise in early morning from young children running up and down - not a Hotel issue - just inconsiderate people
