Nice & responsive hosts, I like the little welcome notes. Quiet and nice view, few minutes walk to lake & next to golf course. Luxurious bathroom with extra towels. Kitchen utensils are available except no sink at the kitchenette. Outdoor table, chairs, BBQ burner available. I sat outside & watched stars at night.

The location was great, close to walks around the lake, quite location, Weber to cook on was very much appreciated and the room was very comfortable. The only query I had with the place was that it has a beautiful bathroom along with great living and bed area was wasn’t there water put over the kitchen cupboards for a sink instead of getting water in a bowl from the bathroom. It is a small issue and overall it was a great stay, thankyou very much

We loved the location and the view. It was private and quiet. The place was immaculate and very comfortable. We loved the heated floor in the bathroom and the extra towels. Bev and Murray did an outstanding job with all of the amenities and their personal touches!

Beautiful, cosy and comfortable modern unit in a fabulous location next to the golf course and lake across the road. The bathroom shower and heated floor are standouts. The unit is very clean and private, with a small outdoor area. Everything you need is provided and it is lovely to get a personal note from hosts, Bev and Murray. We will definitely stay again!!

This is how nitpicking I have to get to find a negative, but I would have loved an icetray for the freezer ... that's it! I ended up freezing some water in a casserole pan ... crisis averted lol, and had it bothered me too much, I would have just bought it at woollies.

Where to start ... Great hosts, polite and unobtrusive, yet available if needed. The room is a perfect size. Both the lounge and bed were super comfy. The bathroom is superb 5star quality with a shower I wish I could take home. There were plenty of towels and supplies. The location is beautiful and peaceful. It's a little out of town, but that means no noise and bussle. Within a stones throw are beautiful views and a little beach area . The location made for a perfect base to explore (and we did). The major shops are just up the road too ... I could have happily stayed much longer.

It is a very quiet neighborhood, which we enjoyed but one morning when we were wanting to stay in the studio and relax, the lawn cutters came and it was extremely noisy. Also, once when we came back at the end of the day, we couldn't asses the suite due to 2 construction trucks which were blocking the way.

We enjoyed staying in this location, away from Queenstown.The suite was spacious and comfortable. There was an outdoor seating area with a nice view. Close by is the Kelvin peninsula trail that we enjoyed doing. We would recommend this studio is you want to visit the area.

Beautiful studio in a private home. It was quite roomy and cosy in unseasonably cold weather. We loved the peaceful location and the owner's garden view.

Very clean, comfortable and cosy. Loved the heat pump in the bathroom and the mattress and pillows were great quality. Went for a walk to the beach and up the art sculpture trail and it was AMAZING. Absolutely gorgeous.

It is an exceptionally stylish ambience and next to the golf course and the park in a particularly beautiful location. We saw the sunset reflected in the water every evening. A truly wonderful place to relax

We loved everything

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was amazing and also had heated floor tiles and a hot air blower. It was also across the road from a golf course and some beautiful walks.

Nothing. However some may not like only having a sink in the bathroom - a tip - take the washing up bowl out onto the patio and wash up enjoying the mountain and lake view

For us perfect! Quality bed and all fittings. A short water taxi ride to centre of Queenstown but a different world of peace and quiet . Great walks from the property around the peninsula . Lovely owners on site.

I thing it would be really nice if there was a day of housekeeping during my 6-day stay-- mostly for the garbage. But that was just a minor issue, because overall it was a great stay.

The location is so beautiful and quiet. Much better than staying in the city center in my opinion. The owners are super friendly, the room is extremely clean, the garden is beautiful, and the bed is very comfortable. I'd definitely stay there again!
