We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

New ZealandI was on time and waiting (in a seating area) near the door of the hotel for the yellow airport bus.It was cold outside. The bus pulled up and then left without me. It pulled in and then just pulled out again. Luckily I was very early and still had time to wait for the next one or I could have missed my flight.
I liked the robot room service delivery and the dinner menu is great. The food is delicious. The breakfast buffet had a good selection to choose from.

The location was great being close to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable for one night stay. The room service food was delicious.

AustraliaNothing to do with the hotel per se, but if you are looking to eat out or you need the pharmacy, there are no facilities nearby as in by foot. But then are some within a 1-2 km distance. Uber is readily available and cheap, if you do not have a car.
The short distance from the airport. Parking was available for a nominal fee which was very good for me. They have a very good restaurant for evening dinners and a decent breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is in an industrial area but still the views from the hotel were good.
