住客点评如何运作
每条住客评分在1到10分之间。为了得出所示的综合评分，我们会将收到的所有住客评分相加，然后将这个总和除以我们收到点评数量。我们使用加权点评系统，这意味着点评越新，对总评分的计算影响就越大。此外，住客还可以单独在一些重要方面打出“单项评分”，例如：位置、清洁度、工作人员、舒适度、设施、性价比以及免费WiFi。请注意，住客打出的单项评分与综合评分是分别单独提交的，所以两者之间没有直接联系。
如果您入住了在我们的平台预订的住宿，或者您曾到店但并未实际入住，都可以对该住宿进行点评。如需编辑已提交的点评，请联系我们的客服。
我们拥有人工和自动系统来专门甄别提交至我们平台的虚假点评。如经发现，我们会将其删除，并在必要时对相关责任人采取行动。
此外，无论谁发现可疑内容都可向我们的客服团队报告，我们的防欺诈团队会跟进调查。
理想情况下，无论是好评还是差评，我们会发布每一条收到的点评。但是，我们不会展示（在其它内容中）包含或涉及以下内容的任何评论：
- 政治敏感评论
- 促销内容
- 非法活动
- 个人或敏感信息（如电邮、电话号码或信用卡资料）
- 脏话、性暗示、仇恨言论、歧视性言论、威胁或涉及暴力的内容
- 垃圾邮件和虚假内容
- 虐待动物
- 假冒/仿冒（如：假冒他人写评论）
- 任何违反我们点评指南的内容。
为了确保点评的相关性，我们可能只接受退房后3个月内提交的点评，如果所示点评超过36个月，或者住宿发生所有权变更，我们可能会停止显示相关点评。
住宿可选择对点评做出回应。
如果您看到有多个点评，最新的点评会显示在最顶部，但也取决于其他几个因素（例如点评采用的语言、点评仅有评分还是也包括评论等）。您还可以按需对点评进行排序和/或筛选（例如按照一年中的时间、点评评分等）。
我们有时会展示来自其他知名旅行网站的外部评分。如有，我们将明确说明。

尊重他人隐私。Booking.com会隐藏任何电子邮箱地址、电话号码、网站地址、社交媒体帐号等类似个人信息。

真实点评厨房人太多，我的牛肉和油不知道被谁拿走了。然后洗澡水不太稳定一会热一会冷
Hello guest, We are sorry to hear that you had such experience :( Unfortunately we at rare occasions have guests who are not honest and from what I see we did try our best to try and find the items. Regarding the kitchen we are aware the space is quite limited and will forward this to management for future improvements. We have over 100 guests whom most use the showers in the morning so depending on the time of day, it may take a few minutes for the water to heat up. Should you choose to stay with us again in the future, please just have the running for 5-10 minutes and you should get hot water. kind regards SNS backpackers

Unfortunately we are a budget hostel and cannot meet everyones expectations but we run 3 housekeeping shifts per day to keep the hostel as clean as possible. Poor shower facilities. 沒有水龍頭，只有牆上的一個洞，水流像從沙漠的仙人掌擠出汁。床架很纖細，我可以感覺下床室友的每個翻身。

十人间，我住那房有阵臭味。 早上浴室的热水，可以说几乎无。晚上的，也只是暖的溫度而已。且水量只水柱式的一条。
Hi, thanks for the feedback. In future, please run the water for a few minutes and it gets hot (there are signs in all the bathrooms about this). Rooms we clean every day, but in dorms of 10 or 12 people, the smell can sometimes increase, especially in cold weather when people keep the windows closed.
