First of all, it wasn’t a private party—it was simply a dinner hosted by one of the guests who lives in this villa. It was inappropriate and unlawful for you to record others with your phone while they were eating, especially without their knowledge or consent, as this occurred in a private space. Your yelling and shouting inside the house alarmed other guests residing here. This behavior made them feel unsafe and uncomfortable. For these reasons, we reported the situation to the police. The other guests were genuinely frightened by the noise and disturbed by the fact that you were filming throughout the house without permission. Additionally, you wrapped a painting on the wall with toilet paper, stating that the smiling child in the image made you feel unsettled. You also attempted to claim a refund for one night of your stay based on an unreasonable complaint which was rejected by Booking.com. We are continuously working to improve our service and ensure a pleasant and safe environment for all our guests. If any behavior arises that is unreasonable, disruptive, or unlawful, I have a responsibility to protect the well-being of everyone in the villa and involve law enforcement when necessary To ensure the peace and safety of all other guests, we’ve made the decision to report you to the police. However, as a gesture of goodwill due to your previously missed bookings, I kindly upgraded you to the Pool Unit. This unit features a modern kitchen and a spacious bathroom, offering a much more luxurious experience. The Pool Unit is double the price of the room you originally booked, and I absorbed a $500 loss to accommodate you and empathize with your earlier situation. I didn’t anticipate this would lead to any unpleasantness. The Pool Unit’s spacious, modern bathroom has always been a favorite among our guests, and the photos accurately reflect the space. Regarding the check-in process, all the necessary details were sent to you via email in advance, so there was no delay on our part. The modern kitchen in the Pool Unit is equipped with a high-quality electric cooktop with four elements. It is a standard facility found in kitchens globally, and we were not aware that you needed assistance using it. If you had reached out, we would have been happy to help. I understand that accommodation standards may vary in different countries, and I apologize if our property did not fully meet your expectations. For a more private experience, we highly recommend booking the Two-Bedroom Villa with a pool view, which features a private bathroom and kitchen. However, please keep in mind that its price differs from the Deluxe Room, as the latter is more affordable due to its size and shared amenities.
