Little bit noisy during the night as it’s off the main road & when we arrived there was no water but the staff let us know afterwards that the plumber was there and the water came back on after an hour

No heating in the bedrooms so was pretty cold. It was tricky to get our car into the parking space (but there was lots of other space to use instead)

Everything was good.

I loved the thermal pools with the pretty lights and the playground and jumping pillow. Was a shame it was crap weather as kids missed it on jumping pillow and playground.

We appreciated the heat pumps in the room during a rainy cold weekend and the covered area. The hot pools were awesome. The friendly receptionist made for an easy check in and out. Was not expecting all the extras like free wi-fi, lots of towels and blankets. Also pet friendly.

Great location, Clean, had all we needed. After hours instructions were easy to follow, and collect keys etc. in 3 rooms we hired, all had little to no soap in dispensers. Assumed trying to save, as it was the same in all the rooms. Would be beneficial if hot pool was hot 6-7am. So ideal at this time of morning and it is what you expect in Rotorua. 9amish is too late (everyone checking out at 10am) Everyone in the pool, had the same comment, as were sitting in a warm pool. All went for a hot shower after, which must be more costly to you.

the shared bathroom is abit old and mouldy and the sensor light turn off when after minutes if you have no movement the kitchen have no plate or utensil need to rent it at the reception but thats alright you still can find a kettle and toaster in the kitchen

warm and cozy to stay and the space is good our cabin just in front of the kitchen and just few steps away from the bathroom comfy bed and pillow

Everything was super enjoyable. Kids loved the pool, the spa was perfect, the rooms were clean with everything we needed, and we were able to wash and dry our clothes. Great price, The pin to enter the gate made us feel extra secure 10/10 recommended Tasman Holiday Park Rotorua.

Nothing really not sure if we should have had milk provided and the heat pump did not work but was all good had a fan heater which warmed the room quickly.

Good facilities comfy bed, good location, clean and kitchenette had all we needed also laundry facilities handy and easy to operate via app site. Thanks for the spa vouchers due to mineral pools not working that was awesome polynesian spa was lovely.
