A baby cot was advertised as free in the listing, but when I requested it I was asked to pay £50.

Super clean and modern. Comfortable bed and pillows. Heating! Friendly staff, especially head cleaner Eunice. Free parking.

Kitchen crockery - no side plates No chopping board No plunger (had to use room 22 plunger) Severe condensation on front windows leaked onto front door frames & onto floor TV option via satelite only worked the first night Noone to contact that night to get TV working - text reply received the next day after we had checked out Noise from adjoining unit - walls seem thin Creepy noose-tied electrical cords hanging from empty shed/building adjacent to our block

Bed was super-comfy. Duvet was perfectly warm. Water pressure & temperature were excellent Heat pump was most effective Shower soap & hand soaps were good Parking directly in front of unit was great Coffee for plunger was excellent (even if use by date had been blacked out) Udderly milk was wonderful Number of towels & face cloths was generous Nice loo paper

Not a big negative thing but there were no mugs for hot drinks, only small tea cups, smaller than 250mls. And there were no complimentary hot chocolate packets, only coffee and tea. So if you're a hot drinker, bring your own mug and hot chocolate.

Overall it was a really wonderful stay. Quiet and peaceful. The room has been beautifully done and the bathroom was lovely. Very tidy, clean and private.

Hard to find fault. Being really picky but the entrance way signs could do with some lighting as it's hard to find the place at night as it's a rural highway. In room the only fault is having a cuppa tea the cups are tiny!!

Exceptionally well presented and clean. Super quiet on a massive estate. This place is huge grounds.

The restaurant was not opened for any meals on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.

The facilities were beautiful. Lovely and comfortable. The scenery was serene, just what is needed after a hard day of visiting a work site.

We recently stayed at Tatum, and it was perfect for our needs. The location was super convenient for our event, making everything stress-free. The price was reasonable, especially considering the new, modern amenities. Plus, the beautiful surroundings added such a relaxing vibe to our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and convenience!

A microwave, detergent and more cups or brushes etc to wash the ones we had would have been good.

Restaurant closed so would have loved the convenience of that. Very clean, and modern. Love the decore. Very comfortable beds. Quiet location, beautiful setting. Private.

Windows, I just wished there was more than one window so that we didn’t have to use the aircon because I get sick from it. Also would have liked if the toilet area was slightly bigger because when you sit on the seat the heater hand railing is up against you.

Very clean and the comfiest beds. The whole room was perfect for us.

No one in reception when we arrived at about 4pm, and we had to wait in the cold for half an hour until we got a room then that was cold (august) as no one had prepared the room. The chef in the restaurant tried very hard to help us but couldn't, he was lovely. Then the restaurant was closed while we were there and we found really no where decent to eat in Levin.

Clean, tidy ,quiet except for the train track down the back where we were. Bed was comfy
