The heat pump took a while to heat up the apartment on the first afternoon. However, after this, it retained its heat for the following day and overnight.

Beautiful, warm and comfortable space. Lots of nice touches. Great view out to the mountain. Very comfy bed. Well stocked kitchen. Loads of sun coming through the large windows. Walking distance into town.

Bed needs upgrading, mound in the middle of the king bed!!.

Such a pretty sunlit apartment with views of the autumn trees. Spotlessly clean, lovely furnishings, everything you could need was in the apartment.

Super nice stay in Arrowtown in a comfortable, clean one bedroom apartment. Great location and wonderful hostess! Treena chatted with us multiple times, offered some great recommends for travel and dining, and made the stay memorable. Yes we went to Woolshed at Ayrburn and had a great fine dining experience, thanks for all your advice, hope we see you again!

Great apartment, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Clean and modern. Exactly what we needed for a relaxing three days in Arrowtown. Fully self contained, warm and sunny. Loved having the kitchen and opportunity to do laundry after travelling around NZ.

Self-contained with easy access. Spacious with elevated northerly outlook from living area, with big bi-fold windows. Relatively quiet street and not far from Arrowtown shopping streets, market, and walkways.

Lack of cafetière and also lack of obvious chopping board… it looked ornamental!!

Everything was good and nothing to dislike..

Loved the apartment as very clean, well appointed and Treena was there if anything cropped up. My wife was ill for two days so Treena was very helpful and provided a hot water bottle and more towels. Great choice of speciality teas! It's a 10 minute walk to the centre only and is in a beautiful area. We hope to return as Arrowtown is one of the most attractive villages I've seen as scenery is spectacular and great choice of restaurants, wine shops and a great pie shop. What more could you want!

Great location a short walk from town. Nice and sunny and great bi-fold windows to let air through. Nice and new and had everything needed. Owner was friendly, responsive and accommodating.

The main (only) problem with the apartment is te stairs. Not god for our disabled visitors

Everything seemed very new, and quality built. Host Treena very helpful and friendly. Great having a washing machine to do laundry after several days travel in NZ. Easy 10 minute walk into town by road or a little longer by delightful Arrow River. Lovely touches in furnishings and accessories. Good quality towels.

It's about a 20-minute drive from Queenstown. The house is so pretty and clean. This is the most satisfying accommodation I've ever stayed in New Zealand

If you have mobility problems, there are stairs to get up to the apartment. It wasn't a problem for us. Normally we would not spend so much for accommodation but 4 nights in a motel vs privacy and quiet was a no brainer. .

The apartment was spacious, and the quality of the furnishings was fantastic. Loved the location! after 4 weeks of travelling North and South Island, we needed peace, quiet and comfort and a straight road!, so we stayed 4 nights and loved every minute of it. Especially when we opened the curtains on the 2nd morning and everything was covered in snow. Pure magic! It was my first time being in the snow 🥳. Snowmen everywhere! Easy walk into Arrowtown for coffee every morning. There were lots of restaurants and cafes around. Communication with Treena was great. She even dropped off treats for us.

Front door a bit sticky and the lock was a bit hard to work, but everything else was great.

Nicely laid out, apartment, very comfortable, all amenities provided. Hosts were welcoming and easy to deal with.

This was all beyond the host’s control, but two volunteer firefighters alarms at 5.30am on both mornings, and tradies at 7am made for a very noisey night! This could also be due to our age, but holy schmoly that bed was hard.

The bed is incredibly firm and the pillows are not so great. We went to Kmart to buy new pillows for our stay.

No negative issues from my perspective.

I was travelling from Brisbane to Arrowtown solo to attend a family member's milestone birthday. The Apartment was perfect for my needs and would be ideal for a couple as well. Easy access, functional and cute kitchen-living area, comfy Queen bed and great shower. The heating was efficient for a frosty Arrowtown morning mid winter and also heat pump / air con so those late 20s / early 30s Arrowtown summer days you can get would also be handled with ease. Easy walk to the Arrowtown main street. Got my exercise fix walking up Tobins track and spectacular views. Handy to the river and the walking tracks along there too. Treena was very helpful and answered any query I had. Would highly recommend
