We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThere is limited onsite parking, and after moving my car I couldn't park back at the hotel cause all the stalls were taken. There is street parking in front the building though but the signage wasn't clear as to the rules. Also the mini fridge hadn't been thawed in a while because the freezer was overflowing with ice on it.
The hotel was nicer than the other budget hotels I stayed at while in NZ. It was relatively close to everything since the town is small. The room was spacious and had a mini fridge. There's a onsite restaurant and also onsite parking.

Beautiful well appointed accommodation, Marbles buffet while on the expensive side was definitely a luxury worth having and caters to everyone's food preferences. Buffet breakfast again had plenty of options & set us up for the day. Would book again.
