We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

New ZealandThe air conditioning smelt as though it hadnt been serviced in while. It smelt like ciggarettes and upon inspection of the heat pump unit outside there had been a lot of rubbish and gunk thrown in to it so the air coming through was not clean at all.
Staff friendly and made effort to make our stay with our dog easier by giving us a ground level studio which was awesome. God bless you

New ZealandWhile convenient, the carpark was rather cramped and felt difficult to get out of, also there was a very large pot-hole at the entrance. I had the room above the office overlooking the main road, and it really needs double glazing to cut down on noise pollution.
Convenient motel when looking for a place with parking near the city, bus stops nearby and train station just down the road. Plenty of parking available on site, no extra charge. Short walk to shops and restaurants. I think the rooms have been recently refurbished so despite looking rather dated from the outside, things felt modern on the inside. Close to Mt Hobson for a pleasant morning or evening walk.

United StatesThis motel is pet friendly, and there seemed to be a few dogs around, but they never bothered us, and were under the supervision of their owners.
This was a very comfortable, and friendly place to stay. Our room was quite small, but we settled in well, and all the facilities were excellent. The shower was fabulous, and there was endless hot water. The heat pump was very efficient, and kept the room cosy. Ray and Ellie, the hosts, were so friendly and kind, and couldn't do enough to make us feel at home. It seemed quite quiet, and we slept so well there. We also felt very safe and secure. The WiFi was easy to connect to, and never let us down. Parking was easy, and we were able to transfer our luggage from our car to our room with ease. The rates are very affordable, and I would recommend this motel to anyone who wants a pleasant place to stay. It is very handy to shops, restaurants, and the motorway.
