The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming and remembered details about us and our stay. Jamie was particularly friendly at the front desk. The rooms are well appointed and there are plenty of food options within easy walking distance. The urban room has a quality kitchenette and laundry facility in the room and is spacious. Onsite parking is free.

Second time stay in this hotel. Room condition, cleanness, front of house staff all meet my expectations. I like the Jacuzzi and gym and the sauna there. Did not try out the breakfast this time, would definitely try next visit.

This is a lovely new hotel, comfortable and reasonably priced. The staff were excellent. They have on their website that there is a bar there but at this stage they have no license so no bar.The rooms are comfortable but the shower has no shelf for body wash or shampoo it has to be put on the floor, difficult when you are old.

The breakfast options were somewhat limited, and I wished there had been more variety.

At the Maxim Hotel, I truly enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and the attentive staff who made my stay memorable. The comfortable rooms were a highlight, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. I also appreciated the variety of amenities, especially the pool area, which was great for relaxation. The hotel's location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, adding to the overall experience. Dining options were excellent, with delicious meals that catered to different tastes. Overall, my stay at the Maxim Hotel was delightful and exceeded my expectations.

Lack of bedding. I prefer a warmer bed as opposed to a warm room. The duvet and blanket were insufficient

The facilities were very clean and staff friendly. I didn't use the gym but it looked well equipped, spa was a bit small when compared to the size of the steam and sauna (which were amazing). Bed was comfortable

Location is great. Close to everything - mall, an array of restaurants, access to motorways, laundromats and supermarkets and major stores like Chemist Warehouse, Noel Leeming etc.

It’s just the location that’s not the best really, no views, surrounding area is not that fancy. Once you’re inside though you don’t notice it.

Very impressed with the interiors, very clean and high quality. Cool lounge area in the morning, didn’t expect this vibe.

The SPA center locker was not available for the customer, the slipper provided in the room is not suitable to wear it to the spa center and indoor pool, but no alternative slippers was provided. For Susan there was no hanger to hang to bath robe before you enter the actual Susan room. If there will be extra towel provided in the change room that will be nicer.

The good value with a decent spa center and indoor pool. Facilities very new and welly maintained.

I really do not like to say this the buffet was so disappointing The omelette was so thin it stuck to the bain marie, The bacon was so thin and dry The hostess made me coffee in a takeaway cup There were porcelain cup there, and Hostess knew I was staying for breakfast sausages and mushrooms were great, Yes the breakfast was a deal breaker for me

The staff were fantastic loved my stay, The hotel is local to so many shops or the northern beaches
