Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

New ZealandThe bathroom was so small that the toilet felt way to close when doing anything. But not a deal breaker. It's definitely very loud with the nightlife and sounds like you're IN the club till 4am. But take air plugs and problem solved. Although we checked in on check in time there were no car parks at the hotel. But the viaduct car park is a 5 min at most walk. Easy.
I will absolutely be back. Loved that it was an 11am check out as it gave you a little more time in the morning. "Nitesh" ( I'm sorry if I got that wrong) who checked us in was a real delight. After dropping our things in the room we noticed a massive deck that didn't have any table or chairs. When we went out we asked if we could have a small table and 2 chairs for our deck as it was a beautiful day and wanted to sit out there and enjoy the view. We didn't hold out much hope for this request being fulfilled. When we got back there were 2 chairs and a little table set up on the deck. It was perfect.

Deck safety rail rusting causing tiles to break Could become a safety issue Last stay the parking was included ..now there is a charge. Also there was no parking available on our 1st night. Sebel appears to only have a fraction of the basement allocated...mostly reserved by others.

This is something that I know is very small to the over all picture but as we left in the morning not being able to enjoy my morning coffee i was quite deflated.

United KingdomThe room stated city view - it was a view of the carpark. Not that we were in the room for any length of time. The window didn't open and it would have been nice to have some fresh air. The windows also got condensation on them which I was surprised as it looked double glazed. And the extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work.
Location is excellent, walking distance from the marina and parks. The room was generous and we liked the little kitchenette facility. The staff were helpful, prebooking us a taxi for the airport the following morning.
