A great spot to enjoy Kaikoura right on the coastal road just a short walk from town. Our hosts put on a wonderful breakfast for us and made us feel very welcome. We came and went as we pleased. Great stay.

Everything’s great!

We had a fantastic day here. The Hamptons warmly welcomed us, served us a delicious breakfast, and even offered to drive us to the bus stop. The scenery is gorgeous—it's right by the sea, with beautiful views of the ocean and glaciers.

Everything was perfect! We got a very warm welcome by the host, Patrick. The unit we stayed was very clean & equipped with a private bathroom. We're from Malaysia and all the heating equipment in the room is purely life saver during winter! View and location? Perfect! Beach is just across the street - you'll sleep and wake up with a stunning view. Food? Perfect! Patrick prepared breakfast for his guests and we were served in his dining room, and you eat with another view :) Bread made by Patrick and cookies made by Mary-Clare are amazing too! Price is a bit on the high side, if we're visiting Kaikoura in the near future, we'll definitely go with this place again. It was nice meeting you, Patrick - and thanks for your hospitality!

Fabulous boutique b and b with two rooms, each with small kitchenette, bathroom and lounge area. Stunning views across to the beachfront. Hosts are welcoming and friendly. Lovely beeakfast in thier upstairs lounge. Homemade biscuits in the room and fresh flowers from garden a lovely touch.

We were messed about with the InterIslander ferry and were arriving late. We couldn't call (our phones were data only in NZ), so it would have been nice to receive an email from the owners to confirm that we could check in late. Just a wrinkle.

We loved everything about The Hamptons. The team are wonderfully friendly, the view across the street to the Pacific Ocean is gorgeous, it's very close to downtown and restaurants, on-site parking, and everything was incredibly clean. For breakfast, we were invited into the owner's accommodation to eat eggs and toast while soaking up the most beautiful view of the mountains that you can imagine. Wow.

Room was a lovely size, modern and clean and we had an area outside with 2 chairs looking across the water. Patrick was lovely and made us a good early breakfast. Room also had dressing gowns.
