Dishwasher unusable, only one rlly small cooking pot not enough for a whole bag of noodles. Thin walls and weird stones to the kitchen that i bumped my feet at 100x ^^ My pillow was a better insolation against the cold then the window...

Bed was comfy and the shower had some nice heaters and the shampoo was nice. Wifi was good, washing machine okay but dishwasher is unusable. Common room rlly nice and beautiful and good AC... lots of tea and coffee that was good.

Nothing, everything met my needs well.

I really appreciated the timely communication from the owners of the property, as well as their flexibility with my schedule. I also appreciated that I was able to independently manage checking in and checking out through the key lock box. The provision of different types of tea and coffee, alongside a couple of snacks, was also great.

The bed was up against the window, making it difficult to get in and out of. The loose pebble floor in the kitchen/ dining space is a unique feature, as is the creative breakfast bench.

Cereal, hot drinks are available for breakfast.

It was lovely and comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well set up with everything I needed. Bed was comfy and it was great to have a desk in my room. It was a great location very close to the university. Check in and out was easy and staff were friendly and accomodating.

I guess that's why it's called Uni guest room for uni students, just a noisy street at night haha. Apart from the noise it was a great stay and most probably would book again :)

The layout of the property was great, I loved the rocks that was along the entrance to the kitchen and lounge.

Not greeted by anyone when arrived, just an email stating how to gain entry. nor was i greeted by anyone upon departure. Said free parking which is out on the road in a restricted 3 hour where to park so had to call Ling, to confirm that it was ok to park on road. Both nights were on edge as to whether my vehicle would be towed away. Kitchen room was communal, but was clean. The room had no tv ,no tv in house anywhere. Bathroom needs the toilet roll holder re installed, found in the the vanity cupboard.

Room was very clean, looked modern, good shower, nice little slippers to wear. Courtesy chocolate in room. During weekend stay it was quiet surprising for a university being just over the road. Good Wifi. Storage space was good which held a modern cooling fan and heater if required. nice to be close to the most basic of shops(Warehouse, 4 square and Hells pizza) 5 minute walk.

The shower drain wasn’t working well - I have notified the host so hopefully it is fixed now. I didn’t realise that there was a communal kitchen and laundry so keep that in mind if you want to book here.

Good value for money, clean, well presented and easy check-in. Very happy overall.

There was definitely not off street parking had to park way down the road and advertising was bit confusing wasn't that clear was shared kitchen downstairs could hear the people next door in shower and banging also no TV in room or downstairs

I didn't have a good sleep because the bed was too hard. I had a restless sleep the both nights I was there and woke up still feeling tired.

The room was very clean and location was close to my job which was good. It was nice and quiet. The room was warm and had everything you could expect.

Bed mattress is a bit on the hard side. But overall it was okay. Shower drainage is a bit clogged.

The overall facility looks great and well-maintained. Location is good and near the city.

My shower blocked and almost overflowed, I had to keep turning it off while I was showering so it didn't overflow, I did not stay the third night I had paid for due to this.

Room was dirty and really needed a good clean and scrub. Could tell it hadn’t had a deep clean in a long time. Shower was not totally clean and the shared kitchen was also filthy. Needs a good vacuum and again deep clean of kitchen. I understand several people use it at once but it felt like a hostel rather than an Airbnb or nice accommodation.
