Location is a bit far off from things and there are very few options for groceries or dining. Staff were pleasant but most did not speak English well enough to be helpful with requests

The lobby is in need of face lift and maybe because of the Khareef weather, smelled damp during our stay. The dining room could also do with a face lift, although the food and staff made up for it.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and functional. The food in the breakfast and dinner buffets was great and a wide selection so the whole family was happy! The tour company in the hotel was very helpful and we had a great 2 days touring the area with Issa.

The hotel is already quite old and in need of renovation. The room we stayed in also required renovation. It was very dark, which I didn’t like. When it rained, the room became very damp and quite cold, and all of our things felt damp as well

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. There was a wide variety of food for breakfast and dinner, and the large territory was perfect for walks, bike rides, and tennis. The sea was easily accessible, so we spent most of our time there. What we especially loved was the water park — it was perfect for us since we were traveling with our six-year-old child.

It's a big facility and looks ok In the top of the khareef season, few services are not available for kids and beach ⛱️🏖️ Breakfast was not included in our package which was a bit disappointing and I have to pay upfront B4 entering the breakfast area, which looks a bit disrespectful. We ordered food in room the delivery staff ask for immediate payments and bring payment machine which we never experienced in any hotel. Looks like they don't trust there customers.

In July and August many things are closed. Just one main restaurant is opened, others are closed. Kids club is closed. Spa is closed. The beach with little waves is closed. Toilets at the beach are closed. No animation.

I spent a week in August in Marina Suite with my kids 5, 11, 13 years old. It is Khareef season in July and August, so these months are not hot and calm. We had all inclusive. The breakfast was good, but crowded. Lunches and dinners were quite good and with almost no other people. The swimming pool is nice. One part of the beach is protected and safe from waves (the water is really fresh). We could see fishes and crabs. The main bed was comfortable. But additional beds for kids were old and uncomfortable. Quite place during this period.

No suna .. no steam room .. no ice shower … no coffee shop at the lobby .. no body take orders at the beach .. no coffee shop at the beach .. no carpets at the hotel room .. the price of resturant buffet is very high. Otherwise the hotel is Excellent.

Checkin very slow and also taking guest to their rooms and the concierge all related to overwhelmed and understaffed for the peak season in khareef.

Nice and room spa e and amenities are good. It has been an ongoing project which means you have to get use to massive construction noise like rock breakers and massive machinery and tippers movements on the vicinity

The bed sheets need to be renewed and changed & the pool towels, otherwise everything in the hotel is perfect.

I liked that the hotel have added more places for kids and more activities.
