Exceptional cleanliness,c comfort, meal quality, and room size. Perfect plae to stay - I wish we could have stayed longer

All was perfect

Great stopping place after late arrival at airport and en route to the mountains. Big comfy room and very nice breakfast. Pool looked inviting although we didn’t have a chance to try it.

The room was fantastic and had a pleasant balcony. Very comfortable bed, good internet, great shower. The swimming pool was nice and warm we enjoyed it for long time in the afternoon. The facilities are good in general. It’s a small and cosy yet felt luxurious. The staff were superb at the desks and in the restaurant. It’s on a main road but the back is surrounded by beautiful mountains. Great location for a couple of attractions and only 45 minutes from the airport. I definitely recommend it.

There was a swimming lesson for kids in the afternoon so selfish me wasn’t happy to share the pool but it was only an hour. I seem to remember it being described as having a sea food restaurant but it was not. I didn’t like the food very much. It was primarily Indian inspired food not very Arab.

We had a wonderful stay! Big and comfortable room, comfy bed, good food, both dinner and breakfast, super friendly staff, great view from balcony. We definitely recommend staying here!

Just a little piece of advice for future guests: ask for a room a little away from the elevator as you can hear the ping when the elevator door opens. Everything else is wonderful!

Beautiful scenery, lovely Mountain Views. All of the balconies face out to the mountains and there is lovely space to sit outside the restaurant. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming.

No facilities WiFi really bad No options in breakfast buffet and charged for americano although we booked with breakfast and staff told us can’t serve omelet then served it to other guests

Amazing facilities and room for the money

Restaurant food was okay, but nothing special

The property was new, very clean, modern and modern style. The food was delicious and the breakfast was enormous and delicious.

The room was nice, with a nice partial mountain view, but also overlooks the highway. I can't imagine why the designer choose to give the rooms a highway view. Also, as is the case for most buildings in the gulf with central HVAC, the HVAC is full of mold and there was an overwhelming smell of it in the room (I am very sensitive to mold). Similarly the way the bathroom plumbing is designed in this area, sewer gas can leak out the floor drains, and there was a slight smell of it in the bathroom.

My stay was complimentary upgraded to suite (thanks to Ms. Salma at receiption), suite is really spacious and toilet with the bath tub is amazing, food is tasty and delicious, location is great and the view is perfect

the staff in the restaurant not enough, seems struggling with the guests and tooks very long to serve food. Waiters also do cleaning iin the same time which is not acceptable as no hygenic cleaning applied. Generaly staff at restaurant not as the standard of the place.
