Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

MoroccoWhile the hotel’s location is convenient for the airport (around 10 minutes away) and major venues like the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre (OCEC) and the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, it is distant from key tourist areas such as the city center, Mutrah Corniche, Mutrah Souq, and Al Khuwair — which can be inconvenient without a rental car or frequent taxis. Additionally, the hotel heavily advertises its nightclub and nightlife events throughout the property, including in elevators and the lobby. While this may appeal to certain guests, the tone and style of these promotions can feel at odds with Oman’s modest and family-oriented cultural environment.
I stayed at Aloft Muscat Hotel in June 2025 during a short trip, and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality of services offered at a very reasonable price. From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming, efficient, and attentive to details. The hotel features a modern design, clean and well-maintained facilities, and offers amenities typically found in more expensive establishments. The value for money is outstanding — you get comfort, service, and style without breaking the bank. It's a great choice for both business travelers and tourists. I would return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Muscat.

I like that the pool is very well-maintained and has no sand in it. Even though it was very hot, the water was cool. The Janna spa is very nice and relaxing.

United Arab EmiratesSecurity should follow up the basement parking arrangements, some of the gusts is taking two barking by mistake because they don’t know how to park !! I was parking outside the hire to avoid these kind of behavior.
