OmanIt was like an abandoned place. Poor level of cleanliness. The air conditioner was not working. It was hot. Then I called the reception. He said he would come to check the air conditioner at 3 o’clock at night. After that, there was a dispute and the room was changed.

United Arab EmiratesThere was no pillowcase on the pillows, just pillow protectors. Had to request for a kettle in the room, although it was provided upon request, there was no mug given for drinking warm liquids. Hotel was definitely sparsely occupied but the night staff was stingy with giving drinking water. Was only given 2 small (250-350ml) bottles, night staff refused to provide more. Many parts on the hotel are dimly lit, including the lobby.
There is wifi. Tolerable for a night’s stay.
