If you can, avoid Fridays. It's chaotic and the staff is inadequate: lines of dozens of people piled up waiting for 30 minutes just to check in. Unacceptable. Breakfast is not exceptional. Sunbeds crammed into the pools, overrun by screaming children on Fridays. There are so many incredible resorts in Muscat! It's fine as a stopover between visits, but not for a vacation. Basic, old-fashioned rooms with dust on the lamps. Extremely humid at night, a duvet was needed in August.

The different areas on the beach: from classic umbrellas to remote sofas , private gazebos where peace and tranquility reigned. The seafront promenade is beautiful in the evening with its fairy lights and various restaurants inside the hotel. There's also a small supermarket where you can buy essentials.

The waterpark part time was very short especially in the morning at least the afternoon timing should go up to eight for the kids to have enough time to play

I didn’t like the service in Italian restaurant in the hotel, didn’t meet my expectations. The food quality was good though.

I like the hotel location and view - it was beautiful. Early morning you can hear birds chirping. Staff was very helpful at every question.

we had a fantastic stay overall, but there were a couple of small things that could be improved. Unfortunately, check-in was delayed, which was a bit inconvenient after a long journey. It would have been nice to get into our room a little sooner. Additionally, the kids' pool was closed during our visit, which was disappointing for the little ones who were really looking forward to it.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel! 🌟 Breakfast was a delightful start to each day—an impressive spread of fresh fruits, pastries, eggs made to order, and great coffee. The staff was attentive and made sure everything was perfectly stocked and fresh. Our room was spotless, stylish, and extremely comfortable. The bed was plush and cozy, and the view from the window was beautiful. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water, quality toiletries, and a quiet atmosphere for a good night’s sleep. Overall, this was an outstanding experience. We felt well taken care of and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and genuine hospitality.

I left my stuff in the room wardrobe and after making 3 days of consecutive follow-ups they responded by saying that we didn't find it. It's upsetting
