Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe rooms are not as luxurious as major international chains (Hilton, Marriott, etc). But they are perfectly good for a fraction of the price, and clean and modern.
Very good room and hotel facilities, at a very good price. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located between the airport and downtown (about 15 minutes from each of them, by car). A large supermarket is usefully located in the basement.

Netherlandsthe pool was crowded in evening and too many people was inside pool with normal cloths, (not swimsuits) I think they should monitor the pool not to let people go inside pool without proper swimwear.
I booked one bedroom apartment but they delivered me 2 bedroom apartment which was very big and comfortable. the location was good in middle of muscat and the room was quiet and full equipped with kitchen applicants .

In our bathrooms showers equipment were not working properly.water was leaking from top to the sink it's glass.. Inspite of reporting to the cleaning staff n even at the reception no body repaired these. Maintenence department should check these. 6am smoke alarm started without any reason in our room 419 started when we were sleeping.. One guy came n removed it. We n our staff are regularly staying here so please check these points n solve these issues.Best wishes
