Kuwait- couldn’t not swim in the sea very high tides they’ve closed the beach due to monsoon weather - the ac wasn’t sufficient enough, felt humidity in the room - no one came to carry the bag in the checkin from the car - the tv and fridge wasn’t working - hotel facilities are outdated need new swimming pool , lobby … etc
- Stayed at refurbished room , which was decent I remember the room was 118 - the food taste good especially the grilling during the weekend by the beach - easily can reach the pool and beach if your staying in lower floor , floor 1 - Simon at the ocean blue restaurant was amazing waiter, offered me very good service 👌 - the checkin/out was fast - free parking on sight you can park by yourself

Everything about this hotel was exceptional — from the beautiful location nestled between lush nature and the sea, to the comfortable and well-appointed rooms. The peaceful surroundings made it a perfect getaway, and the family-friendly pool was a great bonus. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the Ocean Blue restaurant. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxing, with a great selection of dishes to choose from. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all the staff for their warm hospitality and excellent service. A special thank you goes to Roweina, Hussain, Maytham and Shasin — your kindness and professionalism truly made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Crowne Plaza Salalah to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in a stunning location.

GermanyThe hotel itself is very old and needs both renovation and the rooms have some issues due to their age. It looks like from the seventies. Spa / gym facilities are instead completely new and excellent * same with the new restauraunt We stayed at another hotel nearby and the price value of crown does not meet up this standard as we got higher quality at the same price.
Staff used feedback directly and improved it on the spot. That is great!

Activities/entertainments for kids and adults would be great to have especially after beach and pool are closed. Not enough sunbeds and sunshades in the beach. No space to hide from sun.
