I liked the fact that the property sits at 1970 meters high in the mountains. I had the Saffron suite which was absolutely of an exquisite taste, marble, hard wood and nice furnitures were all blending together to offer the ultimate luxury experience. The site only offert a restaurant and the rooms just to experience to the upmost what the mountains has best, quietude and pure air from such altitude.

Although the accomodation is in the middle of the mountains, it doesn’t have the most beautiful views of this amazing area in Oman. But there are many viewpoints in the surrounding area.

We stayed in a truly amazing villa. Everything is new, clean, and spaceous. The villa had 5 big full size bedrooms with bathrooms. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms spotless clean and comfortable. The living and dining room were spaceous and well-decorated (the whole villa was well-decorated). The villa had a small indoor swimming pool. Although the size is small, it was still amazing feature, in a well-heated room and the water was nice and warm. They even provided a safety jacket for the kids. Check-in and Check-out was fast, with a nice welcoming drink and snack. All staff is friendly and welcoming. Both dinner and breakfast were of good quality. The breakfast was not huge, but everything was fresh and tasty. In the night they had an outdoor cinema for the kids. It was a cold night, but with blankets and a heater, my kids loved the experience to watch a movie under the stars.

The staff were so friendly and helpful anf were always looking for us and ready to fulfill our needs. The food at the restaurant is so nice and delicious. The resort is peaceful and beautiful. I highly recommend this place for anyone coming to Jabal Akhdar.
