Gentleman at the reception at nigh of my arrival t was rather unpleasant. As he demanded I pay upon arrival. As I had 3 nights stay I wanted to pay in the morning, after I exchange cash. However, as I was left without any choice, I needed to pay by card, with commission and unfavorable exchange rate.

Breakfasts and the room were good. Person on the reception during the day was very friendly and gave me his adapter

Stuff was very nice and helpful. I booked non-smoking room, but at my floor and in my room was smoking smell and my room was replaced to the fresh one. The room was clean.

Absolutely nothing.

Spotless, newly constructed hotel right in the middle of the city. Close to Oman Avenues Mall, Mall of Oman, and Qurum, and a few minutes drive to Matrah. There is plenty of parking space below too. The receptionts and staff especially Mehmood are accommodating, attentive, and swift to fulfilling your requests. The room assigned to us was big and enough for 3 people. The sofa bed can be easily transormed to another cozy bed to accommodate 1 adult or 2 kids. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby too. Will stay here again when we come back.

All staff is not well informed about the information for the restaurant timings or meals available during this fasting month. In the end, they served a very spicy chicken curry for Suhoor which is not very good if you will be fasting after an hour or so

Super clean hotel with very attentive staff at front desk. The building seems to be new and they did not cut any corners. You will find a lot of business people and families traveling here so dress conservatively if you do not want to stick out. It’s a great place to stay and in a good location.

We had an issue with our room key cards not working, so it was annoying to have to go back to the front desk several times.

The size of the rooms was generous and the staff helpful. It was very comfortable and there is onsite free parking. Shower water pressure was perfect!

I could hear every single word my neighbours were saying behind the wall. The soundproofing in the room I stayed needs to be improved.

The room is beautifully designed. The staff is hospitable and courteous.

One thing to be aware of are connecting family rooms in Muscat cause if next door is not your family you hear EVERYTHING😁

Highly recommended Hotel. Confortable, clean modern rooms, kind staff. Good location, specially to reach by car other parts of the city (or even to arrive/leave Muscat without many traffic). I even arrived directly from the airport by bus plus 18/20 minutes walking (taking bus 8 till Al Khuwair souq stop).

Exceptional property. Staff is “Mashalha”. Very very cooperative and caring. Specially I want to thanks to Mr. Sanjay who is Manager here. He is so humble and kind towards each other and every guest that you can’t imagine. He is always there for any time to solve your problems personally. Thanks lot for this memorable experience.
