Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThere were some issues in the bathroom that affected the overall experience. There was a noticeable odour, likely due to a non-working exhaust fan, and the shower had very low water pressure. I informed the reception about both problems, but no proper action was taken, which was disappointing and reflected a lack of attentiveness to guest feedback.
The breakfast was a standout—fresh, well-prepared, and offered a good variety each day. The room cleaning was consistent and thorough, which added to the comfort of our seven nights stay. The pool was also a highlight—really big and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax and unwind.

CanadaSome confusion as to whether the dining room was open or not - front desk said yes, dining room staff said no. Got our first meal in the dining room after all but subsequent meals were only via room service. No real restaurants within walking distance, need a car to go out and eat.
A very spacious room, more of a suite with sitting room and a bedroom separated by the bathroom. Room service meals were both delicious and copious.
