Il mare di fronte all'hotel non ha una spiaggia attrezzata, ma uno spazio libero e non bellissimo. Piscina molto bella ed attrezzata. Pulizie generali dell'hotel ottime.

Recensione verificataColazione eccellente (chiaramente manca tutto ciò che è derivato dal maiale quindi no salumi) per il resto abbondante e varia sia sul salato che per il dolce e frutta. Struttura dell’albergo bellissima. Staff disponibile e cordiale. Bevande alcoliche disponibili sia nel frigo bar della camera che nei ristoranti interni all’albergo (ma non fatevi illusioni… costano un patrimonio) però se proprio avete voglia di una birra non manca. Letto comodissimo. Piscina fantastica, e accesso al mare direttamente dall’albergo con possibilità di affittare sup o altro … veramente un paradiso. Tra le altre cose l’albergo è dotato di parcheggio gratuito enorme. A piedi si può raggiungere l’opera House e una via con un po’ di ristoranti (ma sinceramente con la comodità del parcheggio noi ci siamo mossi solo in auto)
Avevamo prenotato una camera per tre e invece abbiamo trovato una camera con solo un letto matrimoniale. Lo staff ci ha subito aggiunto l’altro letto ma devo dire che la stanza era un po’ piccolina con il letto aggiunto e soprattutto mi aspettavo una camera un po’ più grande avendo pagato per 3 adulti.

Recensione verificataAbbiamo trascorso qualche giorno in questa elegante struttura sul mare (preciso che non sono disponibili lettini privati, la spiaggia è pubblica), di alto livello. L'albergo è raggiungibile agevolmente seguendo le mappe offline ed è disponibile un parcheggio con valletto, piuttosto efficiente. Le camere sono di lusso con set di cortesia decisamente utile, tra cui il set per struccarsi. Gli spazi comuni sono di grande pulizia e di grande eleganza, la piscina è molto strutturata con ponti e palme, lettini comodi, asciugamani a disposizione, acqua e acqua e limone "free" e snack di frutta (anguria) nel pomeriggio. Vi è anche un'altra piscina rettangolare, dove però non abbiamo stazionato. Abbiamo mangiato in piscina ai ns lettini, usufruendo del servizio specifico offerto da uno dei "pub" presenti. Nell'area piscina loop, tuttavia, manca un locale specifico per cambiarsi (tipo cabina, per capirci), il bagno è presente ma è molto freddo (perché fortemente condizionato). Si può nuotare fino alle 21, con servizio di bagnino. Successivamente, vengono effettuati dei trattamenti di sanificazione dell'acqua, ma resta un luogo molto suggestivo. La colazione è estremamente varia, abbondante e ordinata; in particolare, per la caffetteria, siamo stati serviti da un cameriere molto gentile, il signor Veera, che nei diversi giorni si ricordava perfino i nostri desiderata di caffetteria. Non abbiamo cenato nel ristorante. L'ascensore interno (in realtà sono tre) è estremamente scenografico, veloce e ampio. E' possibile, dopo il check out, lasciare i propri bagagli sotto custodia e usufruire ancora degli spazi comuni. Uscendo dall'albergo e andando verso sinistra si raggiunge una zona molto interessante con localini dove mangiare/caffé e dove ci sono anche negozietti (non particolarmente economici); questa zona è molto frequentata anche dai locali. Inoltre, si raggiunge a piedi l'Opera di Muscat per una visita!
All'arrivo, nonostante avessimo un early check in (come indicato sulla ns prenotazione su booking) abbiamo atteso un'ora e mezza e la addetta alla reception sembrava particolarmente scocciata nel darci le informazioni quando chiedevamo aggiornamenti sulla disponibilità della camera e sui diversi servizi (esempio orario di check out). Non abbiamo peraltro capito se quanto scritto sulla prenotazione fosse un refuso di booking (quindi se non ne avevamo diritto) o se effettivamente la struttura non aveva gestito il ns early check in. In ogni caso, anche se fosse stato un refuso di booking, avremmo preferito maggior gentilezza. E' stata l'unica negativa, anche perché era l'ora più calda e avremmo preferito andare direttamente in camera.

Non funzionava l’acqua calda nella stanza, non funzionava la tv. In piscina lo staff ci ha ritirato i teli dal lettino mentre eravamo 10 min in acqua e non abbiamo più trovato posto per rilassarci. Inoltre, in 2 ristoranti il personale non era minimamente preparato per gestire una comune allergia alimentare e non riusciva a comprendere la necessità. Pratiche di check in confusionarie e check out con una coda molto lunga.
