I told reception about the problem which was one of our rooms had very weak water pressure so the shower was a disappointment, especially after a long hike.

The location is amazing though very isolated and far from the beaten path. You arrive via a dirt road, so be prepared! The rooms are very large with wonderful views from the sliding glass doors overlooking the fabulous views. The chef did his best to please us with the dinner and breakfast offerings. Staff were helpful.

Location was superb midst of Rocky Mountains all around ,chill breeze. Very big area.rooms were bid with heater facing east.even u can hv camp fire just outside ur room.

There was staff (Nepal) name sreejan , she was really doing an all round job , reception, restaurant, room service management. house keeping , really a good person n host. Jabr alhattali another helpful person to remember

The location on booking.com is wrong. It’s about 40 min away from start of Jebel Shams Summit hike ( near Sama Resort). The signs at location state just “sunrise resort” and if you follow that on google maps you will be fine but do not use the specific address on booking unless they fix it! Again, great hotel but farther away from our hike than we preferred. Also road to get there is preferred in 4WD but 2WD sedan can and did make it- just make sure you are used to driving on uneven ground

Beautiful spacious rooms and incredibly kind staff. Dinner and breakfast were both absolutely delicious and had great portions. Very nice big tub and great A/C!

No blackout for the room - observation my point of view only: hotel has so many lights open at night, i came here personally to watch the stars. I prefer how it was before

Mattresses are very hard. Some repairs, tidying up and updating required around the resort, especially in the children's play area. Shower water pressure could've been a bit better. Curtains didn't properly cover the windows when closed.

Friendly staff. Overall cleanliness. Great value for money. Fantastic location and a super nice drive to get there. Amazing views. Amazing dinner and breakfast that was included in our stay. Optional lunch purchased was affordable and super yummy! We had the butter chicken. 13 fin heater available in our room which was definitely required during our stay.

The location on Google Maps was wrong. It's 45 minutes away from the actual location, which we found on booking.com The breakfast food wasn't that good, it was average. We booked a chalet, no phone to contact the front desk or the restaurant, though they do come by to check on us around meal times, which was very nice of them even though it was cold. It was too cold, the place wasn't isolated enough, especially the bathroom. The window comes with the open fan in it, so it's like the window is always open and it's in the shower area, so it was really cold. The water pressure was weak. Again, it's not a deal breaker for me. I would love to come back next year.

The staff were very nice and helpful Whenever we ask them for something, they'd offer even more. The dinner was absolutely delicious. There were a lot of cats around The view is amazing We asked them if they could light us a fire, and they did for only 13 usd ( 5 dinars). Note that for the fire, we had to pay in cash, and we didn't have anything for it they took care of it from A to Z and were fast to do it. Quick service in general. 24 hrs front desk. Wifi only at the reception area, which wasn't a big deal to us as we had our data roaming service.

- Omantel coverage is available only near reception buildings, but for only one signal bar. - There is no key lock on the inside of our tent door. - There is a minor issue like there are no towels in all rooms that day, so you have to pick them up at reception. - Probably due to the sewage problem, the toilets are smelly. - Far from the Jebal Sham Grand Canyon. - It is not recommended to go out at night because there are no post-lights on the main road at night.

- I liked the place, even though the sign boards were located appropriately, but you should use Google maps for accurate directions. - Off-roaders and hikers would certainly enjoy this place, and the atmosphere was calm and it was an excellent place to spend time with the family. - You can enjoy the beautiful and awesome canyon views with a deep sense of quiet, plus the staff is nice and the dinner meals and breakfasts are very good.

There is no omantel coverage on mobile. And there is no range on mobile.

The place was good but the location was a bit hard to locate, because of the directions and sign boards are not properly placed. Those who like off-road travels and hiking would love this place surely! It was nice atmosphere and calm and collective area. There are no post-lights on the road at night, Omantel mobile coverage is not available, it is hard to locate by missing one of the sign, it lead us to the wrong location. But still you can enjoy the beautiful and awesome canyons with a deep silence. Staff's are nice and the food was also good. over all I would give it a 7.5/10

- No Omantel phone / internet service which is a major network provider. But has alternative less used ooredoo and friendy networks. Majority of people are using omantel. We have to go out of campus to get signal. - There is no room phone service in case of any emergency especially with no phone network. - google map & wase got us to wrong camp which is called Jabal shams resort. - long unpaved road
