The breakfast could be improved, the variety is not too much. But ok for the price. Also the bathroom has all the amenities apart from female hygiene products - essential for any modern hotel.

Off street parking and difficult to find a carpark if you come back late.

The staff are friendly and helpful and knows their job well. Breakfast was very tasty and good variety. The hotel premises are generally in very clean and hygioenic conditions. It's location is also conveniently accessible and close to major shopping mall such as Aveneu Mall and Lulu Hypeermarket.

Unfortunately this time I have faced several issues: - House keeping are not doing good job, I had to wait for more than 1.5hr to receive an iron to iron my cloths and catch my appointment - I asked several times for room cleaning but then the house keeping refused to clean it claiming it’s late but when the receptionist got involved he came to clean it with partial cleaning

The location is not so good, but it's not bad either. Breakfast wasn't as good as expected. I rated as average.

In general, it's good for a short trip. Quite a few of the shops around, such as coffee shops, restaurants, grocery, laundry, and barbershop.

When the toilet seat cover is not fully functional. But soon, it's being fixed. If not repairable, they will soon transfer you to another room.

I keep on coming to this hotel because of the staff's hospitality. My stay has always been comfortable since the day I stayed here.

I didn't like the area too much. I felt safe, but there's no good sidewalks, though that may be a common thing in most of the city, and at night it's super dark, so I fell while coming back from the nearby supermarket. It's also very far away from everything, but that's another common thing in Mascate, which is super spread out, reminding me in a not so pleasing way of the American cities...

The room was huge with a comfy bed, and the staff were super nice at the reception, restaurant and cleaning service, particularly Harrison, from room service. Since he speaks English as his native language, it was refreshing to exchange more than a few words after solo travelling for so long in the Arabian Peninsula. He made sure I always had water to drink. Thanks, Harry!

Honestly, not much. Staff was friendly, in spite of my very late night/early morning arrival. Staff were great with answering questions - just all around a solid stay in Muscat.

A bit of a hike to get to the sites of central Muscat, but. other than that, it was great. Good and filling breakfast every morning, plenty of coffee, excellent air conditioning. Many dining options within easy walking distance, and very easy to get transport to get to the sites of central Muscat.
