Stayed just for a night, so it was absolutely sufficient Big room, comfy bed. No extra services or amenities, but we just needed a room Located close to the airport (6 OMR by taxi) and shopping malls (1.1 OMR by taxi)

Shower & toilet need repair but still functional.

Staff was professional, customer-friendly, informative. Location is very accessible, walkable for 10-15 minute walk to Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, a 5-minute taxi to Muscat Grand Mall, Ikea etc. Room is spacious with small balcony. Warm and cold shower with towels are available and provided. Value for money!

Muscat is a place where you need a car or a taxi to get around. Feature that into your plans as walking places or taking public transport isn't really an option.

Good room and good facilities. Very friendly and welcoming staff - they helped booking taxi rides with the local app among other things. Overall you get a great value for your money.

I stayed at the Muscat Inn for four nights. The hotel is close to the Grand Mosque, which is within easy walking distance. For the rest of the way, you'll have to take a bus or book a taxi. Booking a taxi is very easy and inexpensive with OTaxi, the Omani Uber. There's also a large mall nearby, about a 15-minute walk away. You can buy almost anything there. The entire hotel isn't the most modern, of course, but it's perfectly adequate. After all, it's not France, but Oman. You just have to get your bearings a bit. Check-in and the staff were helpful. I don't even know if there's breakfast, but I didn't book one. But there's a small cafe where you can probably get something to eat. I didn't visit that either. I always ate out. Wi-Fi was stable during my stay. For the price, the service was perfectly fine.

The staff were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to accommodate my request. During my previous stay, they couldn’t provide a room with a view due to full occupancy, but they remembered my preference and made sure I got one this time. I truly appreciate their effort and thoughtfulness!

Very spacious room. Very clean and neat. Friendly and very helpful staff. Reasonable price. Quite near to several restaurants and banks. Only a few minutes walk. Also not far from Al-Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque. Will stay again at this hotel if I go to Muscat.

Has almost nothing within 5 minutes of walking. Nearest restaurants and supermarkets are quite far on foot.

Decent outlook and interior. Room is clean, spacious and shower has good water pressure. Very close to airport bus station. Staff are very helpful and polite. It is almost the cheapest hotel along the highway, and I think it deserves higher score.

The bathroom definitely needs renovation, as we noticed fungus on the ceiling, which was a downside.

This is a good hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We especially loved the beautiful view of Muscat from our balcony, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained.

1) Thin walls and noises from neighbours even upstairs one. Simply use under table leg pads to reduce noises of moving furniture even at late nights. 2) Snail speed room services.

A major backlash is that the sink leaks and appeasing the leaking water is a tough job. The hotel management should fix it.

There are many positive aspects to mention. I really admired the décor of the room and the aesthetic structure of the building. It is quite centrally-located with good transportation and dining opportunities. Kind reception, nice lobby and smart check-in. In essence, this hotel is a great option with its good amenities accompanied by its affordable price.

The bathroom had serious struggles with ventilation and we saw clear signs of mole in the ceiling. Also more could be done to make the reception more welcoming.

Rooms were nice and looks like in the pictures. Staff is super helpful and friendly.
