Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PhilippinesNo restaurant, no laundry. Need taxi to go anywhere. Walking to the corniche in the hot season was difficult. You can order food from a fast food outlet to be delivered to the hotel.

United StatesThe front desk staff were not super friendly. The lobby was not super clean and there were date pits everywhere. Also when I checked out at 4am there were 3 nuggets of poop on the floor near the one of the couches. The room was comfortable but everything was a little run down. Also my trashes weren’t take out from the last guest. The water never got hot and there was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom sink.
I liked the poop and the proximity to the tourist hub. The room was decent and comfortable and the AC was cold.

RussiaWi-fi is awful. Sometimes doesn't work at all. Impossible to work online or make video calls. Location is on the hill and nothing around. The nearest shop is on the gas station in 15 minutes walk. Sometimes you can smell gas from there in your room if it facing on the pool side. Matrah cornishe is close. If you on the wheels it's ok. Walking is around 20 mins.
Hotel is good. Old but well maintained. Helpful staff, clean pool, balcony in every room.

AustriaHotel is located next to a mill just before entering the corniche area. Unfortunately this mill creates a lot of noise and theire is a constant noise level inside the room. Try to get a room to the backside and on a lower floor. No view then but I guess its more quite. Otherwise the Riyam is a decent budget Hotel.

United Arab EmiratesAs others have noted (so they really should sort this out), the shower was very poor, which was a disappointing aspect of the room which was otherwise quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was ok, but would be much improved with a decent ground coffee machine.
Great value hotel, just off the corniche - easy walking, even if the hotel spot itself is a little strange, being seemingly dug into the cliff. But the intention was to be near Mutrah and the hotel fulfilled its purpose - I would stay there again. Mutrah has enough nice cafes and restaurants for a short stay, and the souq is great.
