Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Prominent location, surrounded with plenty of restaurants, markets etc, area was pretty calm, not much of noice. Wifi was good, they hve router in each room, so no issue. No reserved parking, have to use public parking only. Rooms are like 1990’s old type, cleanness is fair enough. Can’t expect more at this cost. Direct booking is cheaper then online price.

OmanI have booked this hotel 3 times but each time I book with booking.com they don't provide bath towels. If I book directly only then they provide bath towels even after requesting several time with the hotel stay they just say it sent for laundry but I ne er got the towels they don't have enough towels for their customer. This is the only problem I faced and not satisfied. I request the hotel management to provide enough bath towels for your customers. I will never recommend this hotel for anyone if I face the same issue today.
