Far away from Salalah. Chalets are not a 5 star rooms , hardly I can give 4 stars. Two rooms that I have booked both have plumbing issues. No sufficient cabinets for cloths and long staying. Windows and balcony are not easy to open .. very small toilets.

Overall good hotel and comfortable beds.

I found the bed size a bit small, the rooms lacked carpeting which would have added more coziness, and the bathtub felt quite small.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the ambience was relaxing, and the facilities were impressive, especially the pool. Breakfast was satisfying with a good variety, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Location is pretty far (100kms) from Salalah town, so if you plan to visit tourist sites then this could be inconvenient. Room service and general service is poor / very slow ... we were bluntly refused simple asks like plates, spoons and salt/pepper in the room. Getting an ice bucket and wine bottle opener was a 45 mins wait followed by personally going to fetch the same. Room service call person is quite rude, and frankly does not deserve to be in hospitality industry !

Great resort property with a wonderful pool and beach walk and views.

Washroom needs bit improvement to be in the standards of a five star hotel.

All staff were very kind and helpful. Restaurant was great, special thanks to Miss Megha, always cheerful and helpful.

The room was damp from the humidity and needed a dehumidifier. Our clothes were damp, the bedding was damp, the floor was damp. There were no bathrobes. The bath was dangerous, to stand in the bath to take a shower you have to spread your legs over the hump on the middle of the bath, to retain your balance . The bathroom had limited amenities, not in line with a 5 star hotel. The Spa was not open. The room next door had a gentleman who set his wake alarm at 4.11am and let it ring out for 2 full minutes, waking us on two occasions . The Gentleman also had his TV on very loud and this was heard clearly through the wall of the room.

The property was very clean and the staff were extremely polite.

Baked goods at breakfast not the best. The dampness that pervaded everywhere. But we were there in khareef and found this to be the case everywhere.we asked to move ftom rooms as the first just felt too damp. We were moved with no issue and it felt better.

Room size was great. Pool and beach area lovely. We didn't get to use the pool.as this was a break whilst overlanding and we were very tired. But we walked the beach which was gorgeously wild.

Food variety can be improved, both for the breakfast and for the dinner.

The facilities were excellent including the specious and family friendly designed swimming pool, the video games room, the table-tennis room, and the Gym. Food was just OK although the variety provided was meant for all types of cosines. The staff were very welcoming and friendly although they seemed overwhelmed because of the holiday's high number of guests especially the two ladies Sonia, in the reception, and Miga, in the restaurant, in addition to the management staff who addressed some minor issues instantly.

The cleanliness of the chalet should pay more attention, the window sills, the maintenance. The place has a big potential to improve more, the landscape, the garden, and to add more facilities in the beach area.

The place is nice, comfortable. A wellness friendly hotel, I was able to run at the area.

Wi-Fi was little slow and room was little congested.

Firstly the location was little far city but good to be away from city buzz. Nice place to relax .especially pool which was big enough and beach . Breakfast was good . Check in and check out was swift . Staff was very helpful especially in arranging the extra blanket and adjusting the sofa bed . Also the staff was courteous to call after forgetting few things after check out.

The F&B offering is very bad, because if all inclusive specific. The staf is not enough and for ‘ a la carte ‘ customers is a NOGO. I will not return to this property. Location is good but without other options for drink/ food . Staf does not answer for in-room dining and does not know even the offering or promotion ( for pizza they don’t have cheese..)

We stayed in suite, room is ok. Facilities are a bid old. Variety of food choice in the restaurant (only one was opened during Ramadan) is fair but not matching to 5-star hotel. Large nice swimming pool, beach access is not really convenient- far walk, alternatively you can use electric carts ride... Stuff is pretty supportive, customer oriented- lost belongings or blocked safe in your room- everything will be solved in a prompt manner

The hotel is quite far from the city, and it’s definitely no longer a 5-star experience. It’s in need of renovation, with a vibe that feels stuck in the early 2000s. Given that, the price could be more reasonable. They do serve alcohol, though it’s pricey—and the wine comes from a carton. The gym is on the smaller side and could use better air conditioning. No sauna or steam room, either. Overall, it’s a decent hotel, but don’t expect luxury.

A huge pool to relax in and a beach perfect for snorkeling—we swam with fish and even spotted turtles! The breakfast and dinner were pretty good, and they even offered a great discount. There’s a dedicated room for table tennis, and the main hall is beautifully designed in an Arabian style with rich decorations. Plus, extending checkout by 1.5 hours was super easy.
