Beutiful location overlooking Mirbat cliff. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. No access without a car. The place is defnetly for nature lovers but the construction was very disruptive for the natural enviroment. Light pollution from large number of lamps.

The accommodation had several non-negligible flaws: nonrefundable, poor online communication, loud howling winds on some nights, stained walls and curtains, very poor signal etc., HOWEVER thanks to the magnificent location, kind and helpful personnel, tasty potato-stuffed flatbreads for breakfast, nice aesthetics of the resort and especially incredibly low price (2x standard double room for 3 people for 10 nights for 900 euro), I must award it with 9 points. If the price were higher, I would be disappointed and angry, but in this case, it was a great value for money.

We tried to have a shower, but there was no water, the problem was fixed and all run according to plan, only to wake up the morning after without water and again the staff offered to change room. This kind of things happen and i am glad it was fixed.

I really enjoyed the stay. The location is perfect and the staff really helpful. It is a new structure, clean and well set within the landscape. to all the people that have unreal expectations; this place is in a natural reserve in the middle of nowhere and if one expects to find perfection a 5 star hotel is probably better. I think it's a great place, and will certainly go back.

Bright green illuminated exit sign in the room that couldn't be turned off - why? Kept the bedroom far too light. No bedside lamps but at least the room was well lit. A kettle would have been nice.

New hotel in fantastic location with beautiful views. Great for sunset & sunrise. Spacious room with large comfortable bed. Basic and cheap restaurant with veggie options.

The Bedroom balcony door glass, at night can see through inside. Need be alert to pull curtain all the time. Day time can't look inside.

Amazing location with a fantastic view of Mirbat. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. We really enjoyed the activities available through the hotel, such as the Leopard Trail hike, Baobab nature hike, etc. The restaurant did a great job of accommodating vegetarian requests.

- Mud around the area especially towards the balcony is annoying - Water pressure is low; the boost pump is not working - I was charged OMR 2.5 in addition to the rent shown in my booking for traffic tax, etc.

No wifi and no internet also the coverage area is too bad. Also all rooms have Exit to outdoor area but without separation between the rooms and hotel CCTV cameras ate exposed the whole area, therefore no privacy at all! The place is not save for the kids to play a loan where the view from the top of the mountain has no safety after the hotel facility.

it's a new hotel just opened but it has amazing view, breath taking. air is so fresh and relaxing. defiantly I will visit it again.

As they are only just opened some of the common areas and restaurant were not as good or comfy as they could be. An increase in price for the night would not be appropriate in my opinion in case that is planned. Everything is cutely done but not high quality in furnishings.

Overpriced for what you get. Very basic breakfast without any choice of what you want to eat and very basic facilities (no bath mat, no nice lights or decorative items,..)
