Nice place must visit

The only thing i might like in this resort is that its somehow close to the sea.

I preferred high floor while they refused and gave me ground floor room furthermore it was an isolated room far to the resort center, the room was decent and has an outdated furniture while the resort itself was so far to the downtown of Salalah and far to the tourism places it’s not value for money at all.

Property is big and very spacious.

It is an old property with bad smell inside. So, that was the issue.

Stayyyyy away from them all pictures are not true. Need renovations of everything. Not clean at all

I had a pleasant stay at the resort and would like to appreciate the warm hospitality and the friendly way the staff deal with guests. The facilities such as the pool and the beautiful sea view made the experience enjoyable and relaxing. However, I believe there is room for improvement in cleanliness, especially in the toilets where there was an unpleasant smell, and some tiles were broken. The furniture also seemed old and slightly dirty. With some refurbishment and better maintenance, this resort has the potential to be truly outstanding.

Resort and rooms layout is good. Location of the resort is good.

Swimming pool poorly maintained and managed. The pool was just for the sake of name; no life guard, no supervisor (saw people washing their shoes in swimming pool), no towels!! seriously?? The housekeeping is pathetic; first day just cleaned and set the bed (using the same bedsheet and blanket for all three days - not changed). Sometimes, they don't even looked at the used tea cups, sometimes did not change the towels. Hotel entrance is congested due to traffic for the Khareef Season Fair next to the resort, which takes 20-30 minutes to enter the hotel. (Why there is no separate entrance for the resort?)

- Location next to the beach and in an area not far from tourstic attractions - spaceous complex of units with swimmimg pool - helfull staff - the unit is with 3 rooms, a middle hall, 4 bathrooms and a kitchen enough for a family of 6-8

-it is not a villa as advertised, it is rathar an apartment in the ground floor and another one in the first floor -the bathrooms amnities are old with a bad smell from drainage (needs renovation) - the kitchen floor was not clean esp. the oven floor - part of the resort is a festival that share the same entrance so every night it is very difficult to get into the resort because of the traffic - The TV channels doesnt include Oman channels ! even after requesting - not worth the money paid for

Facility wasn’t pesticide well, lizards n insects were there, Main door was quite old and difficult to open. AC were leaking and informed to fixed but wasn’t properly fixed.

The size of the villa was huge and next to the beach. Backyard lawn was good to walk early in the morning.

1970s furniture. Either rusted or broken from all sides. Creepy blanket covered with both side bedsheets, making it extremely ugly to use. The pillows were perhaps the world's hardest pillows ever you find in a hotel. There were no stoppers for any sink or bathtub, making it looking extremely ugly while using them (imagine seeing a bad hole in front of your eyes). Bathtubs were broken, and they used some kind of black tape to fix it... utterly ugly feelings. There were some bulbs fused, iron not working, washing machine missing, and kitchen dirty. I would rate the property 1 star only because of the size, and it's on the beach.
