My friend liked place too much and this family

The location is stunning—pristine, wild, and peaceful, perfect for a digital detox. Staff were attentive, thoughtful, and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn't fault the staff they were always eager to help, friendly and attentive. Food was good, with generous portions so children dont need to order their own dish. A great breakfast spread that was consistently good. Comfortable cabins with reliable hot water; the outdoor shower was a unique experience. Management went above and beyond after incidents, arranging a hospital trip, free accommodation, a celebratory meal for our daughter, and a thoughtfully packed breakfast bag for our journey home.

We experienced some serious incidents: a rat bit my wife’s toe whilst she was sleeping. There was no one there at the property at nights but they did answer and arranged a taxi to come. I stepped on a nail that was sticking out of a wooden walkway leading from the cabin and got a nasty cut on my foot, which made enjoying the beach almost impossible for the rest of the trip. Also, an outdoor electric socket gave me a shock. A few safety issues around the property were concerning at the time. We feel the staff addressed them as best they could, but prevention would have been better. They paid for hospital and taxi fees and gave us a complimentary night's stay and a fruit basket. And so I felt they really did help us enjoy the rest of our trip by this. If the price of the stay wasn't so high, I think our expectations would have been met.

The location was near the beach, breakfast was good, we had dinner at the restaurant on the premises which was very good ( the ice latte was average)

The bungalow we had felt a bit uninhabited. The smell when we first opened the door wasn't pleasant, like no one had been there for a long time. Even though it was clean, it still felt dusty. I understand the concept of eco-friendly and recycled materials, but they could pay more attention to the appearance of the doors, at the very least. The room itself was clean and had all the necessities, but it lacked something to give it life and not make it feel so abandoned. ​The entire complex seems like it's just getting ready to open. I believe once it's finished, it will be beautiful, but right now, it doesn't give off a sense of perfection. ​Finally, I didn't appreciate the automated message I received about checking out right after we had just arrived. It felt more like a business transaction than a genuine concern for how we were doing or if we needed anything.

Exceptionally and aesthetically made. Wonderful location. Private living, no disturbance. No alcohol but shisha options available. Excellent staff.

Food options can be better like adding more cuisines in Indian, Chinese, etc. There is no grocery and pharmacy nearby, that should be worked upon as well. And the 1km road stretch to the property, should be repaired and made a clear road.

It’s like a piece of paradise if you’re looking for peace and quiet. A perfect place to chill. Lodges are wonderful and the dinners I had were great.

Nothing I didn’t like but it is a drive from Salalah and not near any other facilities, so it all depends on what kind of break you’re looking for. For me it was perfect.
