Beautiful room and beautiful view. The host was very friendly and available at any time to help and provide advices on the activities around Misfat. The dinner was really appreciated and delicious. I highly recommend this place.

We have no negative points, only positive ones! The room was very spacious, clean and new. The view was amazing, area very calm and relaxing. The host was so friendly and helpful. We had brought some vegetables with us for our daughter (1,5 year old) and they were kind enough to cook her a simple meal so she could also eat. Breakfast was very good and we also loved the home made meal for dinner! All in all a very good experience!

Sunset sky is really an amazing place to stay while visiting Misfat al Abriyyin region. The view from the terrace was exceptional! Room was very specious and clean and host was super friendly and helpful when it comes to nearby attractions. We also tried an authentic delicious Omanian dinner served by the host at our terrace.

The apartment was extremely clean, wide, modern and cozy! Comfortable bed, equipped with air conditioning, plates, coffee , kettle, microwave and small refrigerator. The view is amazing especially at night because the city seen from above is a ‘carpet of lights’ The owner, super kind and friendly , prepared for us a Omani dinner (chicken, rice, bread, veg, hummus and hot Omani tea) and also gave us tips for the hiking to jabel shams! It’s been open since 2 months ! Please, give him a try , it’s so worth it. 10 / 15 min by Walk from the village , 2 by car Thank you!!!

Location was a bit far from Misfat al Abriyyn old town for the kids - we had to take car to go for an evening walk there. However it was really worth - it's a beautiful place.

Brand new, super clean and spacious apartment for the family. Huge bed and the host provided futons for the kids. We managed to comfortably stay in the apartment in 4, and there was still plenty of space. Kitchen with refridgerator and some basics tee/ coffee supplies, water was provided. Beautiful view of the sunset over Bait al Safah.

They were just amazing, making us feel like family, playing with the kids as soon as we arrived, helping to plan out all our activities. The room is spotless, all to a very high standard, including thr bed sheets, everything is brand new.

The mountain view from both the bedroom & terrace is amazing, especially at sunset. We were warmly welcomed by Matasam. It is so peaceful here . We enjoyed a very tasty home cooked breakfast & evening meal on the terrace. The apartment is immaculate. It felt brand new. From here, we enjoyed visiting the old town of Misfat al Abryeen via Walk 9. It was a wonderful stay! Thank you.

Amazing Stay at Sunset Sky Villa! I had an incredible experience at Sunset Sky Villa! The location was perfect, offering breathtaking sunset views that made every evening special. Unfortunately, there was no water in the bathroom in the morning and until we left the place! This turned our stay into disaster as we were not able to take a shower or use the toilet! Also, the terrace is shared between two rooms which was extremely uncomfortable, we were not able to enjoy the view in the night as there were 2 men from the other room sitting in the terrace until late night!

The location was beautiful and the host Al Muatasim was so kind, the room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was good and big, the breakfast was traditional Omani food (no cheese, milk, butter… etc,…)

Not able to take a card payment - this created a cash problem for me as I only had just enough cash to pay for this accommodation. No wifi - I took some beautiful Photos and wanted to share them with friends across the world. Terrible building material thrown off terrace to ground below. When looking at a magnificent view I think it’s a terrible shame to look down and see broken building rubbish below the terrace. Also, approach to the gate is a building site rubble and difficult for heavy luggage. Had to request the futon bed that was described as being available in the room. Not comfortable to sleep on and inadequate bedding provided.

Ideally located adjacent to the renowned old Misfāh al Abriyyin village. A modern and well appointed studio room, with a magnificent view over the valley from the large terrace.

I had expected a room with two twin beds, so we had to wait someone to deliver an extra mattress, as well as collect the cost of the room from us (since the property wanted cash). He didn't come until 10pm. Fortunately, we didn't mind staying up late.

It was a nice property, clean, included towels and a few dishes with tea things. It had a gorgeous view. The host sent very clear instructions through whatsapp
